Daisuke arrived, still fixed intently on his Rasengan training. His focus could not be disturbed, because this is the jutsu he's wanted since forever.
He seeped his chakra little by little into the water/ air orb, allowing the the combination of the two to surge out, trying to escape.

The ballon bulged out but there was no pop-age. ((XP... pop-age))
He inserted a little more chakra, pushing the limits of the ballon.

NOthing happened except for bulginess and expansion. He put in more chakra, forcing as much as possible.

He tried even harder. This was such a simple technique to learn, at least simple enough for Daisuke's caliber. the chakra seeped in more and more.

He gave it more "juice" trying to harvest that power.

Daisuke sensed it was time for his mission. Yet he continued his trek for power.
The Ball surged fiercely, and Daisuke left for the border.

(Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)
Description: Charging electrical chakra throughout the Cloud-Nin's entire body the shinobi makes his skin light up giving it a bright glow that can allow him to see it a night. With an additional five control one can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. (rokum got in to stance and did the hand sign) ok "Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu" (a tingal went through his body) 1/5. again"Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu" (a shape tingal went throught his body) 2/5. "once more" he said "Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu" (a sphark ha went throught his whole body) 3/5. almost there "Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu" ( his whole body started to glow) 4/5. come on one more " Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu" (his body glow bright yellow and shine)
Rokum hases mastered "Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu"
rokum said "cool!"
