I've checked five times now wether the questions board is locked or not, and it is. I dunno wether it's my computer playing up though... probably. stare
But anyway, does someone know the answer to my question? (Do we allow C&E here?)

The thread was locked because the original design was to have the query askers to PM either me or Silver. However, when I designed the F.A.Q. I had forgotton to put a PM with question label. Even though this was forgotton, I had locked it thinking I had. Please forgive me. sad
