One L Also, there's no hiring of good guys. I said that last night. D; I'm not going to begrudge any volunteers but it's pretty much going to be a big massacre. Mainly because I don't have enough PCs on my side and because it's against the tenants of the religion to -hire- people to put themselves in danger. Also, if this requires me doing anything, it's not going to happen for a while. 'Cause I need to work on my event.

As far as I know it doesn't require direct intervention on your part, yet. Maybe just a gradual reflection of the deteriorating situation. Your event will come along at its own pace, which will be fine and dandy.
This is more of just a Temple-based thing, doesn't have to have Sey involved personally.

Silly KB. Because it is a Temple thing it involves Sey directly. And me. Because I'm the person playing -all- the NPCs, including the glorified ones that are in charge of the Temple. Edit: XD I figured you were trying to make it look more like Phallus. But it sounds bad enough already - oh my naive fifteen year old mind coming up with homonyms for sex toys.

Well I meant Sey the character.
She might be involved later on, but she seems pretty busy and I'm getting the vibe she isn't on the best terms with the council or whatever they have. I don't really expect her to ride out on a horse and try to confront a bunch of bandits.

While she might not follow all of their traditions, Sey lives the teachings to the letter - save for some past indiscretions. If she knows that someone's out there getting hurt/killed/whatever she'll go. And that applies for -anyone- so how much more so for clerics of her own faith? She's busy with Temple business in the GTB. Meeting Stryphe along the way was kind of a pleasant surprise/distraction.
