Ginji bows to the Salamence his Darkrai had defeated, then to the leader of the Salamence, then to the other dragons. Quickly as they had entered, they had left. "That was fun guys, let's not do it again."

Arekku heads back through the cave, eventually hitting he entrance, "Bye Sammy!" He called as he left. "Wow.... That was amazing... I'm glad Ithough about where you guys might be...." He muttered more to himself than the others.

"heh, i love the way you think ginji." tommy chuckled slightly. "but wow that was fun. first time for everything. that apparently includes being attacked by dragons and almost killed." tommy sweatdropped but still laughed a little. "well, back to HQ." and with that, went through the teleporter after a slight walk, and made it inside HQ.

"Well done, everyone. I gotta go, though."
I recall Salamence and Xatu, then pull out a curious-looking pack from my item bag. Walking out to a good clearing, I open up the pack and remove its contents: a Mini-Kyogre Jet!

Stuffing the now empty Wing Pack back in my bag, I hop into my jet and fly into the night.

Cody smiled and waved, the large shard of crystal still in his pocket. Sending Uxie out, he teleported back to HQ. "Well, that was... Interesting..."
PostPosted: Sat Jul 11, 2009 11:39 pm

"eh, we may not get rewards, but the reward was seeing the breathtaking view, and an extra is the crystal. i hope there is possible rewards though. maybe even rank ups. of course im dreaming of the rank up." tommy chuckled at his silliness. "well im hitting the hay. G'night! see ya!" and with that, tommy went to his room, and went to sleep.

Ginji walks back into HQ and sits on the couch. It was a nice night outside. Sighing deeply he added. "Rewards are coming right up." he smiled as he shook some dust out of his clothes.

Rewards for the RP: Salamence Shakedown! Trouble in the Mountains!

Tommy felt the insane urge to revisit the Salamence nest up in the mountains on Aquos Island. While traveling in the cave, the team came upon a giant crystal in the middle of an open cavern. And low and behold, a group of Salamence appeared to challenge Aqua's new presence on their territory. Being territorial creatures, their leader, a giant green shiny Salamence confronted Thard's Salamence to form somewhat of a peace treaty.

Yet, some Aqua members, namely Cody and Tommy, only wanted to use the Salamence for their odd Crystal that was housed in the cavern. This provoked an attack by the Salamence. An attack for peace. Should Aqua win against the waves of Shellgon and Salamence then they may go back to HQ unharmed only if they promise to never appear in their territory again. Should they lose, then the Salamence would have quite the interesting dinner.

Eventually, peace was reached, even though the Salamence colony still did not approve of the tactics used by the Aqua members who tried to steal their crystal, they eventually let us leave with a few choice samples. We may never return to the Salamence's den, as it would spur a war among wars and cause already bitter friendships to shatter against the tremendous weight placed upon them.

Salamence are solitary territorial creatures, it would be rude to intrude upon their territory again uninvited. As quickly as we entered the cavern, Thard was rushing us out, as the Salamence were looking a bit angry that they had lost to mere humans.

Participants:
Sammy
Cody
Ginji
Thard
Tommy
Arekku

Everyone receives 3,000 PD! As I'm feeling generous tonight.
Also, take your choice of a Damp or Heat Rock.

Arekku, enjoy the rank-up to Tier 4, Aqua Scout Beta. I'll take care of the moving everything where it needs to go, as we have it in the new Rank Thread that will be going live here shortly.

Arekku cried out, "Yay! Rewards!" Kari came out of here pokeball and hopped around. "Chic! Chic Torchic!" She seemed easily exicted by Arekku's sudden happiness. He cried out as he heard his Rank up, "HOO-RAH!!"

Mission: Birch's First Break-in
Any Team Aqua member is asked to go to Prof. Birch's lab in Littleroot and steal one of his three Pokémon (Treeko, Torchic, and Mudkip). You must sneak in at night. But don't get caught by Prof. Birch or his assistant. At some point you must battle the Pokémon you stole/are stealing, if you want to catch it.

Pokémon:
Treeko
Torchic
Mudkip

Funds upon completion: 300
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Berg once again strapped on his stealth suit; he thought for a second of how fun this mission should be. In the background he heard the chirping of the crickets and he looked around to see the small town of Littleroot. There was no one around and it was silent, well other than the crickets.
After a quick examination of the perimeter, Berg was certain that there was no alarm system or defensive mechanisms. He decided to enter through a side window as to be hidden from the rest of the town and avoid possible creaking doors. He pulled out the lock pick set that he bought prior to his very first mission and pulled out a tool allowing him to cut glass; he proceeded to cutting small enough holes allowing him to flick the window locks open. He managed to open it silently and with little problem and as he began to lift the window, a sound came from the door around the back of the house. The door was opening and he was not supposed to be seen; he had to hide and fast.
From behind a nearby tree, completely hidden thanks to the darkness, Berg watched as Professor Birch’s assistant walked out into the night with the moonlight gleaming off of his thick glasses. The assistant then pulled out a pack of cigarettes and lit up. After a long drag, he muttered into the air, “It’s been a long day and now that the old man is asleep, I can head home.” He stood around for a little bit longer and finished his cigarette and flicked it out to the ground before walking back into the building. Berg rushed to the window and watched as he took off his lab coat and hung it on a rack before walking out the front door.
Berg reached for the door knob to see if it was left unlocked, now knowing that it didn’t creak, having heard the assistant open and close it without any problem. Just his luck, it was unlocked and now the effort he put toward the window was null; he shook his head in disappointment and slight embarrassment. Shaking it off, he slowly opened the door and looked around. His Scouter suddenly turned on and went into an infrared mode. Berg smiled at his achievement on crafting his TADS into this invention. Berg continued only seeing one source of heat throughout the whole building, and he assumed that it was Birch.
His Scouter switched to a layout of the lab and showed him where he was and how to get to the lab. Unfortunately, he’d have to pass through Birch’s bedroom in order to reach where the Pokémon were stored. Berg thought for a moment before getting an idea; he looked up at the ceiling panels. He’d have to be very careful to not make noise but his chances at not being seen were increased. He went to a nearby bookcase and almost gracefully climbed to the top and removed one of the panels, setting it aside. He climbed into the opening and replaced the panel. Moving slowly, the trainer crawled over wires and pipes and made little to no noise. He was now right above the lab so he removed one of the panels and looked down into the room. The whirring of the machines was almost musical; the beeps and various noises reminded him of a technological symphony. He found the optimal spot to lower himself down. It was over a very large machine that he believed was a teleporter for Pokeballs.
Berg moved over and proceeded to the lab floor. It did not take long to find where the Pokeballs were stored; it was another very large machine divided into three parts. Aside from the blinking lights and buttons was a large shelf in each section. Several rows of Pokeballs were in these sections and connected to them were different colored wires; red, green, and blue. He assumed that these were placed to help determine the element.
The Scouter’s screen suddenly changed and displayed the time being 3:45 AM and warning him that haste was needed. His choice had to be made quickly, but he had to explore the options; he already owned a water Pokémon, Totodile, and he owned an electric and a poison. That left the decision down to grass or fire types, Treeko or Torchic. He rummaged through his bag and found a coin with Magikarp on the front and an Eevee on the back side; there was the possibility of doing it on his Scouter because it held the application, but he trusted human error in this case.
The coin spun through the air and landed onto his hand which he quickly flipped and covered.
“Magikarp will be Treeko and Eevee will be Torchic.”
The anticipation grew as he raised his hand to reveal the Eevee side of the coin. He quickly reached in and grabbed a Pokeball from the green section and made his way back through the house, quickly but quietly. As he left, he locked the window and the door, hoping the blame would fall upon the assistant. With much speed and delicate foot work, he made his way through the night and its obstacles into an open and secluded area. He was now clear from the lab and anyone around who might report him; all he had left to do was battle Torchic in order to officially capture it.
Berg released Torchic and from the moment it landed, it was in a great fury. Berg looked puzzled and thought that maybe the Pokémon disliked being cooped up in a Pokeball, but Torchic’s fury continued.
“Dang! That sure is one pissed off Pokémon,” Berg said before releasing Totodile. Without Totodile being on the ground for more than a few seconds, Torchic was already charging at him. His wings were flying and instantly pounding against Totodile.
“That little…Totodile, use Bite!”
Totodile recovered from the attack and charged Torchic; within seconds Torchic’s head was lodged between his jowls. Torchic began to flail about in pain and managed to free itself from the toothy grip, but was met by a stream of water from Totodile soon after. Torchic barely managed to lift itself up off the ground but still would not give up. Berg could tell that he would not succeed in capturing him just yet. Once Torchic regained his footing, he let out a Growl, lowering Totodile’s attack. That would not make much of a difference, knowing that Torchic was just about done. Berg didn’t want to faint the little guy, so he decided to go with a weaker Scratch over the stronger Bite or even stronger Water Gun.
Berg called out the attack and Totodile flew forth and slapped around Torchic, sending it sliding back, but it would not give up. He kept fighting just to stand, and that’s when Berg knew he would surrender. Berg grabbed his Pokeball and threw it at Torchic, absorbing him into the ball with a red glaze.
Berg wondered if Torchic would ever calm down and accept him as a trainer; that’s when the thought came to his mind…Should he go back and try again?
He laughed to himself as he made his way back to base.
