Arekku rushed up to Cody, "Um... the pokemon seem to notice that a little more than anything else..." He glanced around nervously. He was talking about the chiming noise that echoed around the cavern everytime Cody hammered.

"Cody, that might not be the right time." Ginji said with a super serious face as the boy hammered the crystal. Larvitar jumped out of Ginji's hands and rushed Cody with a Thrash as it stole the hammer and the bucket of crystal, for future dining.

despite his now current fear, he walked as casually as he could down the side of the hill to the large crystal, picking up a small chunk that cody had missed. he pocketed it. he went over to sammy. "dont you think you should stay close?" he asked sammy.

Sammy shrugged. "I'm a big girl. I've got Troy to help me with anything," she responded to Tommy, continuing to walk towards the little Bagon.

Looking at the Larvitar, he gawked. "Hey! That's mine!" he tried not to shout. He had been waiting for a chance to sample the crystal. Bending over, he pocketed a rather large chunk of the rock and carried on with whatever they were doing.

if you say so..." tommy responded. tommy raised his hand to stretch. he noticed a bunch of eyes follow his hand motion. "either im pretty interesting, or this spells alot of trouble, for me in particular." tommy finished. he wanted to catch one of the bagons, but he knew better. he put off the temptation.

"Salaaaaaaamence!" came an answering cry from near the top of the cave. With a tremendous swoop, a green thing buzzed the group at the crystal, hoping to send them scurrying away.
It was a Salamence, but of a different color! This shiny specimen was also at least a foot taller than my Salamence, and it had numerous battle scars along its head, neck, and shoulders.
"I'm betting that's the one in charge," I tell the others.

Arekku looked a little concerned as he glanced around the room. "Huh.... that's wierd.... Really wierd..." He muttered.

Sammy yelped from fear as she saw a larger-than-normal shiny Salamence go to the center of the room. Although she didn't want to, she headed back to the group to see what all of the fuss was about.

"And I'm betting that it means trouble." Ginji said as Larvitar took the samples Cody had and stuffed them into his mouth, happy with the taste, it wandered off to find some more that it could eat, probably from Cody's new samples.
As the giant Salamence swooped down, Larvitar got a worried look on its face as it rushed back quickly to Ginji before hiding again behind his pant leg. "Silly little guy." Ginji laughed as he looked at the large Salamence.

tommy froze immediately. he then relaxed, knowing any thing could mean death for him. he would not fight back, but he would not run away. he stood defiantly, maybe 20 ft away from the beast. he still had numerous scars from the last time. he stood proud. im pretty sure these guys are gonna think im an idiot. oh well he thought. tommy stood strong.

Cody called Feraligatr back to where he was standing. "Relax buddy. Everything's going to be ok." The pokemon nodded and watched the large Salamence land. Cody still held firm to Flygon's pokeball, just in case.

"Erm..." He backed up towards the cave entrance but bumped into some Bagon and Shelgon. "They don't want us to leave..." he muttered.

Sammy scratched her head. "Will he forgive us if someone gives him a hug?" she suggested, obviously not helping the situation in any way.
