Awwww... Reaver's so sweet...
As for the status of other X-Men. They're around. In the RP Rules & Info forum, there is a huge listing of X-Men who teach and sutff around the school. We've had them NPCed for battles before as well. Most noteably, when we had a fight with the Imperial Guard for the Shi'Ar to save Phoenix's life, every player got an X-Man to NPC in the fight. Some players will also NPC one of the X-Men for class purposes.

ReaverOfSouls liz_bliz the most I've ever drank in one night was a kaluha (sp) mudslide, a dirty girl scout, and 2 or 3 of those scmirnof things. I belive the first two things have more alchol concetration than beer (probably the vodka in it), and the scmirnoff stuff is about the same. They offered beer, but I've tried it before and it tasted like s**t, as does whine and champain. So it falls under the same reason I don't eat something like....I don't know, spinach. I don't eat it because it tastes horrible, I don't drink beer because it tastes horrible. yeah, I only started drinking recently, usually on tuesdays when I'm out with my magic buddies, we go to one of the guys houses after bronco mall closes and just drink and play. (yet another temptation to make reaver come play with us) Actually...I've not been a Michigan resident since August. I moved to Pittsburgh...to be close to the beloved LJ. ^^ No offense, but I don't think I'll make a 5 to 6 hour drive to play Magic. Specially since LJ is having me teach her the ropes of the game. do it! *shakes fist at you* just kidding man. But if your ever in the area man, just call my phone.(which of course you can pm me for, posting it openly would just be stupid.

ReaverOfSouls And just for ******** sake. 18000 posts!! In less than a year! Kiss my a** X-Men Evolution! I know we've had a few refugees from that guild, myself and LJ included. I should say I'm more of an exile from that place, considering I was one of the original three to actually START that guild back in 2003. I'm a bit of an exile from that old house as well. Not sure if you remember, I had a different name back then.

it's my first x-men rp as well...heh. we were all newbs once upon a time...hell, i remember when I used to rp with *'s...which ws back in 04... it seems like such a long time ago! lol, it makes me feel really old. heh

The first incarnation of X–Men RP I helped run started a week after I joined back in '03. Unfortunately, as some of you can attest, the idiots over there have basically taken credit for all the work that Psylight, Lynzie Kai, and myself did in keeping it around for almost a year before we re-started after they introduced the actual guilds.
I wish I could find that thread again, but it's three years gone. It's probably just off in the thread graveyard. I'm not going to lie, I go to check that place every once in awhile. Mainly to confirm that it was myself and LJ that basically kept that place running.... the only two mods to do a damn thing, and we had six of them total.
Anyways, that's enough of a rant. Like I said, I take solace in the fact that the good people were able to break away from the childish RP and form this one.....and completely surpass the old people within a few months time. I mean...seriously. We started last year on my birthday, and it was I think three or four months ago that we made it in the Top 3 of all the X-Men guilds?

Ya I am not as old on gaia as Reaver but I noted about a year ago that the noobs took over. Not newbs noobs. The lack of care for rping posts, no respect for mods nothing. Its like everyone now wants to brake the rules to seem cool. You have the chat forum which is filled to the brim with girls chained to the wall threads or girls traped in a house with vampire boys. Its bs to me.

Yea....this is actually my second character. My first one was crated in early 2004, but all the rp's i was involved in on that character died, so I switched to developing this account which before was a mule. Nostalgia is definately one of those things I feel when i think of the original rp's I was involved with. There was one where we had a massive war going on between 3 extremely active guilds...it was one of those years were I would stay up til like 4 in the morning rping, get up before school at 7, make sure i didnt miss anything, check during lunch, and then when I got home. It was life-consuming, but at the same time, we didnt care because it was GOOD rp...not a bunch of massive one liners...damn nostalgia....v.v
