Dmitri smirked. He was going to be busy this game. In no time at all, the lions advanced. They barreled past steals and plummeted closer and closer. He steeled himself and then jolted with both arms wide open to try and catch the ball.

A hearty laugh escaped his lips as he caught the red ball. He tossed it back and forth between each hand as he surveyed the scene. The younger chasers were quick, but Daniel would have a better chance at keeping the ball from getting stolen, so he tossed it to the sixth year and hoped for the best.

  Location: Quidditch Pitch: Gryffindor vs. Slytherin David was grateful that no bludgers had flown his way but wished he just spot the snitch. This was literally a time trial whoever found it would most likely catch it first. He hoped he could turn this around. Maybe the sun would make it shine a little more for him to see it.   Rosabella’s heart hammered in her chest just as the referee began to call the game. This was her first game! Although she had been to every practice last year as well as this year, she hadn’t known what to expect in a real match. Suddenly, the game had commenced, and the quaffle was thrown into the air. Not only that, but the other chasers moved so quickly after it. This was rather overwhelming, to be completely honest. The players zoomed around the pitch, and the ball was passed and snatched from chaser to chaser until Tanya threw it towards Slytherin’s goalpost. The keeper, an older boy, caught it and passed to one of his teammates; however, Tanya stole the quaffle. Rosabella made eye contact with the girl and smiled to show she was ready.

Camila was surprised at how quickly the quaffle was stolen. Does it happen that often? She had to wonder as she wrenched back on her broom and back across the field. She wanted to pout; it didn't seem like they were in good odds at winning on this end, but she couldn't be sure so early in the game. She didn't know anyone, they were all older players and she couldn't imagine how long they'd been playing. Teeth grinded together as she pushed herself to steal back the quaffle from Tanya-- but Daniel had beaten her to it! She laughed as she pulled away on her broom to avoid a collision.
