Thankyou heart It's not even a big problem, but it drives me up the wall that 90% of the things I say are ignored or talked over. Probably why I like talking on the internet more rolleyes

Probably why I like talking on the internet more rolleyes I often feel that way during family conversations, I'll start talking and then someone normally will talk over me. Though, my opinion is usually ignored wether it's at school or home. It's one of the many reasons I don't talk much. Talking on the internet is more interesting.

[/wrists] Wait a second. 89% is a bad grade? eek I think your standard might be a bit too high. I guess I can understand that though, I got somewhat depressed when I got 85% on a test, and then felt happier when my teacher showed us the grade chart... my grade was 3rd highest. A similar thing has happened several times. @Peoplers: You have just confirmed my thoughts that I have high grade standards... I was really depressed when I got a 63% on my 1st Chemistry test, and was happy when her gave us a makeup test. And then I was still sad when my new grade was 84%.

It really bothers me when people mime cutting as a means of expressing displeasure. I may or may not be particularly sensitive to poking fun at things I actually understand, but I don't find it something to make light of. neutral In fact, the whole "emo" subculture is nothing but a flat-out mockery of actual depression and similar mental problems and it bugs me so much that I refuse to associate with anyone who subscribes to it. It's also the whole reason nobody can really vent anymore without worrying about being called "emo". ******** bullshit. It's really one of the very few things I get personally offended by. I mean, there are a lot of things I wouldn't do or say because they could be offensive, but rarely do I object to hearing or seeing it. Fake-cutting draws meaning away from the real thing and pisses me off to no end.
I'm not mad at you, Creas. I'm mad at the world for allowing things like this to come into being, and at the people who really don't give a s**t about who they're mocking. And yeah, it offends me. But I doubt I have the right to more than one first-amendment-denying request, so I'll stick with what I've already established.
Hmm. This gives me an idea. I should set up a personal strike system, and if any one person does the same thing three times even with the knowledge that it bothers me, I'll just put them on ignore and they can carry on. Problem solved. Man, I keep forgetting that feature exists.

My mom was diagnosed with Lyme so she had me tested too cause I have pain all the time. It's called arthritis dumbass, I've had it since the 7th grade. I agreed but wasn't really happy with her shitty logic, it was just a blood test though which I have to get on a monthly basis anyway.
The blood test came back negative and now my mom wants me to see her Lyme doctor. ******** that. I won't even take my chemo when my scleroderma is inactive. Why would I go to a doctor for disease I don't have?

Even though you said you aren't mad Kestin I'm still sorry. I've had friends that used to cut now every time they joke about it I get mad at them and mock hit them.
Every one commenting about my grades, it upsets me because when it comes to tests I expect much more from my self. Much, much more than when I did.

It's really more of a weird, subconscious "I need to get perfect scores, because otherwise I got something wrong" thing...but for whatever reason, here's my personal scoring chart: 100: "I got a test back today." (Unless there was extra credit. Then see below.) 99-95: "I got a test back today...I didn't do so great though." 94-90: "I'll settle for it...just this once." 89-85: "Are you sure you graded this right, Mr./Ms. Lastname?" 84-50: "Hey dad, can I use the shredder?" 49-0: "...grades like this can't be natural. Everyone to the bunker! The space-time continuum is gonna blow! eek " (Note: I've never gotten one of these, but that's basically my mental reaction when I find out someone else did... sweatdrop )

I feel very sadistic right now.
I'm secretly hoping that someone replies in the corrupt a wish thread so I can write up something sick.

I didn't know that a three-sentence synopsis of a horror story could, by itself, leave me more freaked out than I've ever been in my life. gonk And I can never unread it. Never.
I'm going to go curl up in a shaking ball in the corner now.
