I was, but that was your first offense..... really? from what i understood it was either I leave or be banned. I don't understand though what you mean by "first offense". aren't my crimes many? Biting? Not that I see. This was basically your first real offense. Look at me. I'm one of the worst people here when it comes to folowing rules. You should at least be crew.

Ravenna182 really? from what i understood it was either I leave or be banned. I don't understand though what you mean by "first offense". aren't my crimes many? Biting?
Though i would not like to go into this here, it being a public thread..
To be blunt, leaving was in a way the biggest 'crime'. Your status may be returned with time Rave. Being an Elder is a huge responsibility, you cannot just 'quit' from the guild and return with full abilities.

I'm not suggesting full abilities. I'm suggesting the abbilities that I had when I was crew and not a savant.

That is understandable. However, quit a bit of time has passed. Also, as I've just stated, my choices were limited. I did some back-reading and I saw that if I had not left then I would have been banned. I've never really wanted to leave here. I am ready for the responsibility of at least crew status.

No, you were demoted so that you may leave (if you really did want to). If you didn't leave you would have been risen back to Elder..THEN if you had another 'moment' you would be put up for banning.
If you think you are ready for being of a higher power in the guild then you will have to be a Savant, if you are ok with that then talk with Aura.
