Roen Jaeger This sucks, man. I want to play but Roen's in jail. I'm going to beat Lacel's a**, and I'm busting out. Believe it. Just play him in jail. Which reminds me, make a post at some point so I can have the officer bring you that letter Daria delivered, so he can at least acknowledge that.

He should throw it in a trash bin on his way to his desk.
"Sir, aren't you going to give him his card?" "Terrorists don't get Father's Day."

3nodding
I'm a firm believer that if you're using more than 5 paragraphs in a fight with a katana you aren't doing it right. And that's being generous. It should be like, 3 paragraphs.

...How the hell could you drag out one attack for that long? Slashing at someone can be described in a sentence.

Well, you gotta add the mood, the intensity of the fight, the thoughts running in the swordsman's mind, followed by good description to give the foe (and the readers) something to visualize easily.
The sweat on the eyebrow. The weary breath that signals the worn out stamina from the staggering swordsman. Twitch of the blade glistening under the light.
The howling crowd cheering in the background.

Herra Karhu ...How the hell could you drag out one attack for that long? Slashing at someone can be described in a sentence. You gotta think about the position of the blade. Is the hand holding the handle of the blade held at torso level? At chest level? Is it a full swing, a half swing? Are you keeping your motions at chest height? What about the arms? Are they held higher than the chest, raised close to the shoulder?
For the foe, the more they know, the more they can visualize it without any problems. That's how--Aguentar Bjorn Kearney *Kicks Snow in the shin and runs.* GAH!
