He nodded and in his own training fasion made his way back to his bed any way possible. By pushing off with his legs, crawling etc. anything he could do that involved his legs he did. "I'll make it!" a good half an hour to an hour later he slept on the floor of his bedroom his bed a good distance down the hall from the eppisode a few days ago curling up with the blanket and the other blanket in the closet. "So tired..."

"Kay."
She stood for just a moment, to take one more rund down of how her positioning felt. She then swung at the dummy, still not hitting the target square, but hitting with enough force to make the dummy move a bit.

Nami grinned. "That's great...now try falling into position again and hit it again, keep repeating the process until I say stop."

She positioned her body so it was the way Nami had positioned it. She stood for a second, making sure everything felt right, took a deep breath and started swinging, concetrating on hitting, and then ending back the way she'd started each time.

Nami leaned back against the desk and watched for a few moments, making notes in her head as Eli would fall back into stance and then hit again, each time moving the dummy just a little but more than she had the last hit. She smiled.
When she felt Eli was relatively okay with the fighting stance, she held up her hand. "Good, stop...now, take your left hand, form it into the same fist."

She had a bit of trouble with this task. Even as a dancer, she'd always favored her right side, and had trouble doing things with left leading, even if she had no trouble with right leading. It took her a few tries before things started flowing, and even then it wasn't quite as smooth as with the right side.

Slowly the awkwardness started leave Eli's body and Nami could see the very beginnings of a warrior's posture. She was practically beaming.
"That's great...most people have trouble for a while with their left unless they're left handed." Pushing the dummy a bit further away, Nami showed Eli an easy, three hit combination and then stepped back and asked her to repeat it.

Even with Nami's praise, she still doubted how well she was doing. It still felt really awkward to her.
She attempted the combo that Nami showed her. She seemed to get most of it, though it was far from perfect.

The doors to the training room slowly opened, and then the motion detector lights flashed on with one step put inside. Clow slowly walked in, going over the rubble inside, but the wierd thing was, that it felt unusually cold, and damp inside the room. Narrowing his eyes some, he continued to look around, pushing over rubble and what not. He wasn't alone...

(( Ehh, Aven's holding the boy right now, wanna give her a chance.))
There's a rustle and swish in the underbrush, and two green eyes blink out from the foliage. "Training, are we?"
