Matthew blinked. Was it really that hard to imagine? Maybe he just didn't look like someone who belonged at such things. "... Because thats my job. Once I graduated, I got involved in all the classes neccessary and with my father's reputation amoungst those kinds of people, got my job fast in dealing with such things." Pokerface. Mattie was never really good at lying, but when it came to this particular subject he was quite good at it.

Seeing as how he was hitting a good spot, Soap continued to talk about it. "And it's something VERY important to any soldier on the front lines, no doubt! And maybe we can include some self defense courses in there. Nothin lethal, just enough for you to defend youself when there's no other options!" He added as he finished the rest of his drink as well. "Well, I must admit, that steak was divine!" He complimented, patting his stomach to agree.

"So you're just... a politician? What the hell'd they bring ya here for, then?" the disguised man asked. "I thought this was supposed ta be for, like, warriors and mercs and such. Not desk-jockeys." Spy was toying with the idea of revealing himself. Then again, if the real Scout was somewhere nearby, it would be funnier to stay disguised.
((And I feel like I should wait for Kiki before posting as Medic.))

((Misunderstandings are great some times. xd )) Luka stayed quiet as she accepted the scolding. Toeto might ot be her daughter, but she had still been irresponsible in making sure she stayed inside of her. She listened to what Medic said as she gently stroked the girl's hair, keeping a calm and sad expression on her face as he continued to bombard her with questions in a tone that showed he cared to a degree about the little girl. Maybe he wasn't as stone cold as she had previously believed... Maybe he could care about others, and he could be trusted by her... Well, what ever reason he did help, he was right. Some one could have hurt Toeto and caused that little part of her that had the ability to be gentle and kind even when she was scared or upset to just vanish. She trembled a little as she forced herself not to cry. After all, she had to not cry in front of Toeto. It was her job to keep Toeto from crying, not the other way around.Toeto heard Medic fussing at Luka, and she could see that Luka was swollowing her pride for a change and not standing up for herself for Toeto's sake. It was nice that Medic was so concerned about her, even if he supposedly didn't realize that he was yelling at Luka for not taking better care of herself emotionally. She began to cry once more and looked down regretfully as Medic continued. Finally, when he finished, she gae a small, "It's all because of me," and tired to turn to run off.Luka caught Toeto's dress by the skirt and pulled her back so that she would fall gently down in front of her. She then pulled Toeto closer to her and wrapping her arms around her in a sweet embrace and spoke softly, gently, but warmly to Toeto. "There is no such thing you know. Please stop crying Toeto. I love that part of you from head to toe." She began to hum gently Toeto for the girl as she calmed down once more. Once Toeto had stopped crying once again. She sighed gently and looked up to Medic with a serious expression. "I know... It was wrong of me to allow her out of my sight even for a minute... And don't worry, Toeto isn't staying here... She was... just visiting for a little bit since I missed her so much. Miku, some one I know well in my world, was keeping an eye on her and I asked if it would be possible for me to see her for a day, so she is usually with some one... Thank you Medic... Thank you so much for keping an eye on her... I don't know what I would do if something happened to my little Toeto." For the first time, Luka gave a sincere and kind smile to Medic, showing just how much she appreciated his kindness.Haku wasn't too sure about self defense... but, then again, it could in handy. Just because she can throw some one with little problems in her world didn't mean she wasn't going to get hurt in this world. Heck, fom what she'd heard, Luka'd been beaten pretty badly since she got here, and she was about as tough as they come in her world. She picked up her bowl and drank the broth left and sighed as she sat the bowl down and nodded her head. "Alright... I'll learn self defense too... If you really think it will help..."((And thank you Ruki for seeing this when I didn't. xd )) Scout crossed his arms and huffed in fustration. He of all people had been banned! Well, fine! He didn't need the stupid movie theature! Besides, it's the other guys ault for not being fast enough to dodge his bat! He glancd up to Heavy, who seemed to be getting a kick from the whole deal. Well, hearing Heavy trying to speak in slangs made Scout smirked and laugh about it a little as he let his arms drop and he rubbed the back of his neck with a laugh. "Yeah, it kinda was, wa'n' it? Too bad they di'n let me finish my coke... Seems like a waste."

Medic was a little surprised at how his "advice" had gone over. He was even more surprised when Toeto blamed herself and tried to run away, but thankfully Luka was a much more competent parent that he'd initially given her credit for. "You are velcome... but zhis better not happen again," he warned. "I am not in zhe habit of chasing after lost children, after all. Und Toeto, you should be more careful, too." His tone was considerably less accusing when he addressed the kid. "No more running avay from your mutter, or anyvone who is supposed to be vatching you, do you understand?"

Luka nodded her head as she kept her cheek against the top of Toeto's head. Medic wouldn't have to tell her twice to be more careful with Toeto.
Toeto looked down and nodded, obviously starting to warm up just a little. She stepped away from Luka, walked up to Medic, looked hesitantly up to him before she very slowly and carefully wrapped her arms around one of his legs. This akward hug lasted all of 5 seconds before she let go and quickly ran over to Luka. She then looked to Luka for a moment, who was still kneeling. She took her hat of, stood on her tip-toes, and slipped the hat onto Luka's head.
Luka adjusted the hat some and giggled lightly as she held her hands up in a kitty pose and moewed at Toeto, which caused Toeto to actually smile and even giggle a little.

Medic was more than a little surprised at this. Kids usually hated or were terrified of him. Not entirely sure what he should do, he nonetheless reached a hand down and patted Toeto's back before she let go and ran back to her mom. "Vell... Be safe, zhen." It was an awkward goodbye, but then again, what hadn't been awkward about this encounter? The BLU gave a nod before turning and walking back to his room. He hadn't forgotten there was a Spy running around that most likely wanted him dead...

Heavy smirked "Lets go see vat other things we can do here, I have been vanting to play pranks for a while now"
Lord Inu held Bunko close. the whole experiance had taken quite a bit of energy out of him. he looked down making note of the crescent moon now above her heart. if any normal person was to ever see it it would look like a normal tattoo but to any demon, half or not, the mark clearly stated that she was off limits. he looked into Bunko's eyes and whispered to her "How was it my love? i didnt hurt you did i?"
Raguna was still a bit confused "So your dead? but alive cause your made out of metal? but you have a human form.... ok im not sure i understand all of this stuff...." he sighed
Alexander nodded "Of course Tomoe!" he said as he took her by the hand and started walking in the direction of her parents home "Hmmm i wonder if they are ganna want us to marry as soon as possible or what" he said to himself mostly
Link nodded "You know you have a spare of cloths in the back Oomizu. " he said as he pointed her to the closet in the far end .
Maverick sat there with a bubbly look in his face, he was just shocked that Link wasnt pissed.

Tomoe allowed him to begin to lead this time, holding onto his hand as they walked. "Well, my father has always been hesitant, but my mother has always been supporting. They balance each other out well." She mused with a light giggle.
Toph glanced from Medic to Luka and finally to Toeto, realizing just how much she looked like Luka, well, beside the feline hat of course. But Luka was now wearing it, so yeah, if they both had one, they would both truly look like mother and daughter- more so than they do now.
Bunko smiled weakly as she placed her hands on his back, being wrapped around his waist in a hug. Everything that had just happened was so new yet so satisfying to her in every way possible. At his question, her ears perked up ever so slightly, causing a gentle grin to dance across her supple lips. "Ah, it was spectacular, my dearest." She began as she looked up into his eyes, continuing to smile contently. "No, you didn't hurt me more than you would've liked to. But thank you though, for the wonderful experience.."
Yuzuki giggled wistfully to herself, her hand against her lips gently. "Oh no, I'm not alive with a heart, but with technology. I carry the illusion of living without a heart, but I do carry a human soul. It's very technical, please don't let met get carried away if you don't like me to."

He blinked. Damnit. How was he supposed to answer that. "I am not a desk jockey. I have fought in the armed forces before." Not an actual lie. Far from it. He was just choosing to leave out certian details about which battles. "Its how I got my schooling. They paid for it. My father was a tightwad." At that exact moment Arthur came to mind. Yes, the man was a fair bit of a tightwad. "Hockey counts too." He would say that his words could count aswell. Remembering fondly when he insulted Alfred for a couple of hours straight and made the nation cry. And people said that his passive agressive attitude got him no where.

Alexander led them to her parents house "well here we are...." he looked over to her "Now im a bit nervous about all this " he smirked.
"Im glad Bunko." he then played with her hair gently "We are now merged Bunko." he told her gently " And you should start changing soon as your blood becomes demonic" he said as he kissed her forehead.
"Well im willing to listen if your willing to share" he told her "Im new to this "technology" thing after all. when i got here i was surprised to see a horseless carriage after all let alone one that flew"
