"The rose garden," Raven replied, still smiling. "That sounds lovely to me, my dear."
Raven snickered, guiding Marcie gracefully out of the castle.
"Such a lovely smell," he said, taking in the smell of dozens of roses. The garden lanterns had been turned on, making the roses seem like they were inhabited by fairies.
My legs . . . my arm . . . what is going on? They hurt less . . .
Victor opened his eyes slowly, his vision blurred without his glasses. A strange ceiling . . .
His eyes met a blurred silhouette of a woman that slowly became clearer. She appeared to be masked, but her long silver hair was all too familiar.
"A . . . Ace of Clubs?" he croaked in disbelief. "This . . . surely can't be the infirmary . . ."
Siyu froze, his heart fluttering madly once again. He . . . basically asked me to dance with him . . .
He kept his eyes away from his blood brother, worried that even through the mask, his flattery would be visible.
"Three," he whispered, just in case there were Suits within earshot. He took in a deep breath, his cheeks becoming hot.
"I don't know how to dance."

"I'd like to believe I do.". Maria answered, thinking back on the many years that she spent locked away from Wonderland by her mother who despised her so. "Please forgive me if I'm a bit rusty, though." she added in, also recalling that she hadn't had the chance to practice on as of late. The blonde, by now, was wondering how the guests would react to her attire. Many probably didn't care if she wore even the poorest of attire, althogh he rest were likely a**l enough to whine and moan about it. She thought nothing of Jack by now, let alone his intentions.

Marcie had let herself be guided with no resistance whatsoever, when they arrived at the garden and she heard ravens words she smiled from under her mask, she loved the smell of the roses and the look of the garden was beautiful indeed but what she enjoyed the most about this was being able to enjoy raven's company, to have raven all by herself "lovely" was all her love-drunk mind managed to prepare as a reply, she rested her head to raven's shoulder as this simple gesture made her pull her body altogether closer to raven's, she enjoyed that as well.
Ace of clubs blushed from beneath the mask, the fact that victor had been able to recognize her despite it all was quiet flattering, nevermind her hair was quiet distinctive "you can call me Elizabeth here" she said bandaging his bruised hands "And yes, we are not at the infirmary" she added managing to smile and not letting go of Victor's hands even thou she had finished bandaging them, Victor was awake, for some reason that made her feel happier than she had been in years.

Amy managed to feel happy for both Aces, seeing they were reunited. She also felt sorry as she knew they might be separated again, but her hopes for them would never falter.
She bit her lip, hard enough to draw blood, as Eight took out the bullet from her shoulder, him patching up the wound as fast and as precise as he can.
Ten stayed quiet throught the journey....what could she be planning now?
Eight sighed in relief as the bullet was out of Amy's shoulder, putting her out of the danger zone. He started to patch up the wound, ready to move on to a plan next.
Shinsei chuckled lightly, his stomach swarming with butterflies that would never cease to flutter.
"We'll have to find a place to dance first...and some people to take over our posts if it is needed...." he whispered, searching for a familiar exit leading to somewhere familiar in his vague memory.

Henry was pacing in front of the door. "Who is caterpillar doing, Lizzie?" he called into the room.
Matt lead Ashle across the dance floor. He smiled.
Ashle was thinking while she danced. "I can read lips," she said. "It's kinda awkward just dancin without talking.
That took a load off of Matt. He nodded. "I'm sorry for your loss..." he mouthed.
Ashle looked down, "I loved him...I still love him...." she whispered. She looked at 'Thaddeus'.
Matt's eyes were soft and understanding. "I understand," he said without sound. "I love a girl, too, but she is lost to me."
Ashle sighed, "So we're in the same boat, then. Two broken hearts dancing together at a masquerade. Maybe we can tell each other about our loves sometimes..." She tried to sound happy.
Matt nodded. He stopped dancing and hugged her. SHe felt so soft in his arms, so delicate. She was like air. HE broke the hug and said, "It's going to be okay..."

Elizabeth blushed once more as she noticed she had been holding Victor's hand longer than needed "He is better now" she replied to Henry looking away from Victor, her hair fending her crimson face "He is conscious again and i stopped the bleeding already" she said as calmed as she could, remaining knelt by Victor's side, she was feeling rather awkward, being around so many people and her self control betraying her like that "You are an idiot" she whispered so that only victor would hear and brushed his hair gently with her fingertips but didn't look back at him.

((Hi, I'm back. I've had the shittiest day possible.)) Victor couldn't resist a playful chuckle. He gave Elizabeth a teasing smirk. "I suppose idiocy is in my nature," he laughed, his voice cracked and weak. "I am just prone to making foolish decisions."
He placed a bandaged hand on his stomach. "You have no idea how happy I am to see you again."Raven took in the sweet smell of the roses. "Lovely indeed," he replied smoothly, facing Marcie with his childish smile. His eyes gazed upon her from head to foot, his heart fluttering. "Lovely indeed."
He stroked Marcie's cheek with his fingertips. "I missed you so, Marchy dear."Siyu stared in disbelief at Shinsei, his heard pounding madly as he choked out incomprehensible words. "Th-Three," he stuttered, his cheeks feeling hotter by the second, "A-Are you serious?"Jack's lips curved into his trickster's smirk. "Just do your best, Maria Heartte," he said, just audible enough for Maria to hear him over the music. "Just follow my feet." He gently griped her waist and moved his face closer to hers, "And please, do your best not to step on my shoes." He chuckled lightly, indicating that he was partially teasing her.(( This scene from Gundam 00 totally didn't give me the idea to make Jack and Maria dance and discuss together. 8D And yes, the purple-haired person is a man.))

Elizabeth smiled her heart fluttering from what seemed excitement, she leaned over victor and placed a soft kiss to his forehead "I am glad you are alive" she whispered before placing her forehead to his and caressing Victor's cheek slowly.
Marcie pulled at the strings of her mask with her fee hand so that it would not be on the way, she blushed a little, she had not waited for raven as promised but then again, an hour without him was forever and he had taken longer than forever, she had to come "Raven..." she whispered barely audibly enjoying the feeling of his flesh against her own.

Victor's heart fluttered upon Elizabeth's contact. He lifted a heavy hand and stroked the back of her head. Elizabeth had made it quite clear that she cared about him, but somehow her contact felt different. Her face pressed to his as she stroked his cheek felt just right.
It was as if an energy was flowing between them. With her body on his, it was like their energies connected to form ecstasy.
"Thank you, Elizabeth," Victor whispered gently, placing his other hand around her waist.
Raven turned to Marcie, his simple curved lips now becoming a smile that showed his teeth. Her mask somehow looked more beautiful that way. He could see some of her face from behind the mask's shadow, some of that beautiful face.
"Yes, Marchy dear?" he cooed.

As for the crappy day, if it makes you feel better, my week's probably been no better. Just one thing going wrong after another! >.<}
Maria chuckled lightly, an amused look on her face. "Oh, I just wanted to return the favor." she replied smoothly, teasing him back. It seemed that somewhere along he line she had swithed personalities once again. Although she was still suspicious of his motives, Maria now deemed it safe to AT least have some fun with the situation.
