See, I suck at using the mat, anyways (though not as much when it's the arcade board with the rail in the back), so I don't really like to play in public too much 'cause I feel like a loser when I do, and watch the guys doing things on heavy mode next to me >>;

Practice? I used to be a low-level standard player about 3 or 4 years ago; I've been playing and practicing technical style since then. Then I branched out into freestyling and doubles play styles.
I guess you have to be a performer-type to feel that need to be better on stage in front of crowds.

If I had any place to practice... and money to work with the arcade-style stuff...
The crowds watching doesn't bother me- it's just the fact that I can only play on Light mode at any given point in time
on the controller, though, I can do standard and heavy, and I've even been able to make it through some of the challenge stuff...

My post for Pacis Salus will be coming later today.
SC4 looks epic. If not for their price tags, I wish I had a 360 or PS3 on whicn to play it. The new Prince of Persia also looks amazing.

As for the Olympics so far, Phelps has once again proven himself to be the supreme athlete.
