My gods, that was beautiful. Watching the world pass by on the screen... Everyone's smiling, and at peace even though the announcer guys were talking a little about bad events that have happened, and such...
And it was amazing that people from different places kept moving around where they were standing to take pictures with people from other countries and such... You get the idea that they're there for the sports, and not fully the competition.
Of course, that air will probably change once everything starts ^^;

I agree, Trowa, his 'Pacis Salus 3' work is engaging.
I usually only watch the more-interesting events of the Olympics.
Ha, if anybody tried to make a remixed version of America's national anthem, they'd get the most horrible glares from people. xd

Hello all I'm new here and I just thought I would throw in the basic introduction. Now that I'm done with that... Yoder Ha, if anybody tried to make a remixed version of America's national anthem, they'd get the most horrible glares from people. xd Jimmy Hendrix did something sort of like that at Woodstock, and it certainly raised a few conservative eyebrows at the time.

Morning everyone! Yep, I'm not new to the guild although I did take an extremely long break from Gaia, so some people maybe have seen me in like 4 or 5 rp's before I left for around 6 months. Just wanted to re-introduce myself. Nice to see everyones doing well.
