Asmondai Lt. Brookman I've noticed that while the Land Speeder Storm is an ace model, it's really bland without the Scout crew. crying
You have the Storm with no scouts or LESS scouts then what the boxes picture show?I've left the crew off, I'm planning to use my Storm for Dark Heresy and Rogue Trader. Five of the crew have been converted or re purposed into Void Walkers for RT.

I recently bought an Ironclad dreadnaught now I need to know if I'm allowed to use it XP .. any of you know? it's not in the Black templar or my 4 year old space marine codex.....

yep! It is an official unit, and offers bonuses in the form of its higher armour, move through cover, and a host of other goodies. it is higher points, however.
Sounds like you need the 5th edition codex?... sweatdrop

The Iron Clad dreadnought exists only on 5th edition Space Marine codex.
Like it was mentioned on the errantans for DA, BA and mostlikely TB,
codexes are to be used as they are, UNLESS you gain your oppoments
permission to incorporate the space marine codex with DA,BA & BT.
.....damn you games workshop..... stressed

Lucky for me I still have my older DA codex.
Laughts maniacally.
Officially there's nothing that would prevent me or others using older
versions of the DA and BA codexes if seen that the current one is broken (which it is, specially now),
only perhaps that I need to either inform or ask oppoments permission to use it.
For tournies thou it's not possible.

Sorry, but I'd refuse you. Simple as that, the codex is self-contained and there is a FAQ. Plus the old DA codex is obsolete and NO LONGER LEGAL.

That´s gw´s headache, not mine.
Honestly they should have stayed in the suplement system rather then
make a self-contained codexes.
Hopefully this makes them learn their lesson. >:3
In any cases, I´ll always ask if it´s ok before choosing the 2 lists.
On another note, I bought the Storm and made the comical-vision I had
for it.
Now I wish my camera would work right.
Edit:
Hmmm.... now that I think about it, with the old DA codex the army would
be abit broken and imba aswell. <.<
Sure I would get most units and vehicles up to date, but would miss MOST
of the new units and vehicles and have leaders that are insignifigant,
chaplains that are cowards and aren´t that effective in CC´s and
Librarians that are only good at spookyn units away with the old Psychic
power Weaken Resolve.
Damn...... -.-"
Quess it´s either DW or RW army untill the new DA codex comes.
....why do I have a feeling that it´s gonna be the current one with
"Second Edition" stamp on it....?
