"Cooking's easy, although it takes some practice to really get good. Say... I could teach you a bit, if you'd like?" SnowFox is starting to get struck by the fact that the nightscout *still* isn't home, and frankly, foxy hasn't eaten lunch yet.

"All right, come on the kitchen is this way." The daept stands and leads the way to the kitchen. He has to tie back his hair, and over the course of the afternoon, he has managed to get Rayne to be capable of cooking a couple things, although baking seems to illude the bard... and the kitchen gets impressively messy in the process.

fox soon realizes what mistake he made with offering to teach Rayne cullinary arts. The kitchen is a mess already and they've only been at it for about ten minutes or so. There is flour all over the counters because Rayne did the opposite of what he was supposed to do. Instead of reaching the measuring cups into the flour bag and pull it out, he poured theflour from the bag into the cups resulting in chaos.

Fox coughs a bit from the resulting flour dust, but fortunately, he's a good teacher type dude, and finds this funny instead of getting mad. Everyone ******** up when they're first doing something, "Don't worry abuot it, I'll clean up after we're down. Although... I'm going to add the sugar, if you don't mind."
Yes, because demonstrating how to put the sugar in seems like a safer idea at the moment.

Rayne shrugs and watches Fox add the sugar.
It's at this point in time that Arrow decides to make an appearance at his ekele. He opens the door and walks in. Upon seeing Fox's jacket on the couch, he comes to the conclusion that his boyfriend is in the premises. He also hears noises in the kitchen and hopes that Fox is making him tea biscuits. Upon entering the kitchen he says, "Damn! What happened in here?"

Foxy looks over to Arrow, flour smudged on his cheek, and simply points at the bard, "It's his fault. Don't worry, I'll clean it up after."

Arrow laughs at how absolutely adorable Fox looks with the flour smudged on hois cheek. He leans forward and kisses the adept before walking back into the living room, chuckling.
Rayne looks at Fox. "I'll help you clean it."

"All right, but we have to finish this first." Food is cooked, stuff is baked (but not tea biscuits, too bad for arrow), the kitchen is cleaned. and yeah.

Rayne walks over to the door and smiles at both Arrow and Fox who are sitting on the couch. "Thanks Fox" he says. "Wind might be happy to know that I'm at least trying..." he says.
Arrow grins. "it's more than he'd have ever gotten from me!" he laughs. "But then again.... if Wind and I had hooked up, I'd be the one forcing him to cook."

"Mobody starts out being able to cook, everybody has to learn. You did good." The following conversation seems a bit weird to fox (the whole, if I were dating your boyfriend thing) but he tries to reply in kind a little, "And I tend to cook a lot whether I have a boyfriend or not."
