The Thunder Tyrant No complaining about fights until you've had to fight Vintrict. Only when you have experienced such horrors may you complain. -Thousand yard stare into the distance.- If he fights as bad as he grades profiles... Woooh, where in trouble....

I might have been equally as bad. Starting off Rp-fighting in commerce... no es bueno.

I am just hoping that i didnt make a mistake coming here with a brand new build I have barely played with.
I am also glad I havent had any of the fing chaos that others fights have needed as far as constant judge rulings..
EDIT: Oh and I hope I am not making a complete fool of myself in my fights.

Glad to hear I havent been making a complete fool of myself.
I am really iffy about my opening strategy for my current fight, it feels solid to me, but I have never tried fighting someone armed with a shield while using only a katana variation.

Fierach One would think you'd accept the judge call(s) you asked for with a little more grace. I honestly expected better of you Sigil. There is no grace to be had when, during profile grading, I am forced to increase the casting cost of an ability because it is too powerful, and then when I try and defend it's power to the same judges, it is defanged and rendered impotent, citing its power as the reasoning. Well either its powerful or isn't, it can't be ******** both. That is blatantly unfair to me.

Sigil Warden It sure doesn't seem like it to me. My fight will probably be the only toss up. Xero and I both are jerks, all that jazz. Seriously, at least five people have said you're gonna win. If you don't, it's time to just s**t your pants and run.

That doesn't address the underlying issue though. I expect at least enough consistency in judging that an ability is reviewed in the same manner twice, instead of being considered very powerful upon acceptance and then cited as not powerful at all when I actually try to use it.
That screams either incompetence or bias on the part of the judge.
Me winning doesn't solve the problem. Using the same reasoning as Vintrict did, I could claim that I can easily overpower James' charge attacks simply because they are passively charged as well, which wouldn't be fair to him.
If Vintrict refuses to accept the wording and power of an ability that he personally accepted as okay when making a judge call, then I am merely another casualty in a continuing string of incidents, and he will do it to others as well.
You (collective) should be pissed off by this.

You (collective) should be pissed off by this. You're getting worked up over a make believe fight, with make believe characters, with prize money that has no real world value. This is a big game we grown ups are playing. Just take a breather, bro. Make the fight good, bust some tits out, throw a car bumper.

Sigil, I am at work so just read this post in my soothing, Midwestern voice.
I understand you are pissed and that it sucks. Hell I don't agree with it entirely myself but in a situation like this you need to look ahead. The ruling is over and while you can rage against the machine about it, you need to do it respectfully if you want to be taken seriously. I know so far this fight has gone bad for you on the technical end and with your profile but damn it boy deliver this fight. If you get knocked out then go balls to the wall pissed about it. Until then you at least owe it to your opponent to be civil enough to continue the fight without stressing over it to much.
Also seconding throwing a car bumper.
