The wheel of time series isn't a manga in the original format (although I hear they did make a manga adaptation due to popularity). The books are said to be on level with lord of the rings or something like that. Movies are said to be in production and appearing as soon as next year on big screen.

Might I suggest Killer Angels? Not sure who wrote it, but I read it in the 10th grade and it turned out to be a good book despite its polar opposite nature to what I would read normally. It's about the Revolutionary War, I believe. One of those American wars anyway...I'm not really sure what your style is, but I thought I'd add my two cents in. mrgreen

Eh, I'm not really one to read about wars. Sorry, Gazma. This probably explains why I hate History. . . however, it doesn't explain why I'm good in that subject.
Lol, why do you always get a fish to battle with Nova?

*Hands Gazma a fresh trout* I'm rooting for you, man. Slap him like Rolf did to Eddy in Ed, Ed and Eddy.

I just realized I don't have a type of book. I read anything that sits in front of me too long. I'm the type of person who just likes to know everything. I love the Kite Runner... so incredibly heartbreaking. I hate it! But it's so good. Real. Doesn't have a fake ending where everything turns out well and dandy.
@Dark: I am. Bah.

Fighting someone in ooc is flaming/bad for rp and stuff. Whip out fish for people to fight with....you can't help but laugh and/or lose the will to fight. It's just too silly 4laugh Besides, if the fight was too violent, our futuristic tavern of willbe would be demolished 3nodding
I prefer fantasy books....adult content preferred in reading level and hopefully it is a combo awesome of action, comedy, and romance. Good quotes and some thought provoking passages are pluses too.

So you're a sheep, Pandideh?
Then you might like Demon Moon, Nova.

Grr. Everytime I try to write my post for the rp, I press the backspace button to erase a mistake and it goes back a whole page! I might just switch computers in a minute, since apparently this computer has issue's tonight.

GracefulVampireGirl Grr. Everytime I try to write my post for the rp, I press the backspace button to erase a mistake and it goes back a whole page! I might just switch computers in a minute, since apparently this computer has issue's tonight. Trust me, Grace, I know how you feel. After the one time when I had to do my posts like four times I decided on this: Whenever I get to like a checkpoint in my post, I copy it..continue writing and such. I'm actually a bad informant, and I must make amends by telling the truth. Both of the books that I referred I never read through it completely. The thing about me is, whenever I get to read a book I'll continue reading it because I get into it. But sometimes work gets in my way and as I further neglect the book I lose interest. That's what happened with Demon Moon. I only read about two hundred pages then I stoppped.
Fallen, I've only gone to like eighty.
Demon Moon, as far as I know is about a vampire having an attracting to this human woman but as far as I know it isn't just about them as they are also trying to fight against Nosferatu and Chaos - which is like Hell or something. *Long pause* Like I said..I'm a bad informant.. stare

@GVG: You can try writing posts in a document processor. Ever since I lost a decent post by some kind of Gaia error, I started using Word so I couldn't lose everything.

The Word is what many supposedly 'adv. lit's' use. Automatic spell and grammar check along with no quick erase. Comes with undo feature too. I'm not sure, but do some different fonts copy over?

My computer doesn't usually do this, only on rare occasions. It'll probably fix itself by morning, so I suppose I'll just post then.
