I think I might end up just using an alt to get all the gifts, then do whatever with any extras I acquire.

What I really came to say, though, which is entirely unrelated: Puella Magi Madoka Magika is ******** amazing. Yes, it's a magical girl anime... but it's definitely no Sailor Moon clone. With the haunting music of Yuki Kajiura, you should know right away that it's going to be dark and serious. Wow. Just wow.

Also, this is an overdose of sickeningly cute...

With all of the anons in the event forum, you can probably get at least the bouquets and hairpins for cheaper on the MP. Wait a few days, and maybe the umbrella/parasol, too. It's only good when other people sink their gold. Don't believe the lies! whee

Who doesn't hate going back to work after a long time away? Tomorrow's going to be even weirder, though, because a) it wasn't a vacation, it was because my grandma was dying and then I extended it for her funeral, b) I missed the Penguin Plunge because of it and people who don't know what happened will bug me about chickening out, and I don't want to have that conversation with them, and also c) I already had Thursday off for appointments I'd made a month ago.

I wonder if I can go in and not talk to anyone.

Thank you, immune system, for always deciding to take a vacation right before huge days at work. Black Friday and now the Verizon iPhone/my manager leaving and putting me in charge for two months. Awesome.

I keep hearing about that and seeing pictures on Pixiv; particularly of Kyuubee and episode 3. But I've been too busy myself to actually watch it, and I still need to get around to "Wandering Son" and a few OVAs I meant to watch.

And I kind of wish my old roommate was still around. I know he had a ton of aloha shirts, where the hell am I supposed to get one before Saturday?

And ********, now my keyboard is screwing up alongside my mouse.

Well, I'd want him around for more than that since he was a good friend and all. Doesn't change the fact that dude ******** loved aloha shirts, and I could use one.

And the last time I was at Good Will I didn't see any, though that was awhile ago. Generally speaking people around here don't really wear stuff like that, so it's not something you usually find.
