John nodded to the queen. "I can be seen as both, Your highness." He spoke. "I am John. I am honored to meet you as well." And bowed in respect, realizing that a simple nod was not good enough respect to someone higher classed than Lady Rosaline.

He was gone she sighed a bit and ran a hand through her golden locks looking back to Matachi. "You needed it my dear.. Matachi is mostly mortal isn't he?" She spoke watching him she ment this question with her memmories over laying she saw what point this was comeing to and something she would have to tell him that she herself didn't like to talk about.

"Well I don't favor the gods now do i?" She said with a bit of a laugh walking into the kitchen to make herself a drink she was worried about something a out come. Something he wouldn't be ready but he would know that underlaying her somewhere was a slight fear. She could maybe explain it more now.

"Something we never got a chance to talk about when i was Kit.." She spoke holding up the glass of wine for him as she two sat down. "Kit was brought to Rhina to stay with cousins which would have worked had it not been in a lord's household. I grew up beside there king who was mortal. Completely so but at the time i never knew the differance.. " She smiled alittle thinking of it. "Morhavin was kind, though stuborn and quick to a fault. worried all the time as well, worried i would hurt him worried i would fine someone else. It became his obession later. I was.. 15 maybe 6 when i was married to him." She didn't smile then only repoured her glass. "I was 17 when our child Theron was born. Thats when the attacks came.. The demons started to come from Craven thats when i relized we needed help. I sent Theron away at once."

"Hardly, after i sent Theron away i refused to say where to him because he had grown so.. unstable about everything.. what i was truely was i was just discovery and saddly he found out first. He would go into fits with me everything i did was wrong and i believed every word of that." She stopped to sip again. "Things were growing worse with him, with our home and everything was falling a part the only escape i had during this time was my rides.. thats when i met Jack for the first time. Grant you he is not a saint he never was. He is who helped me full relize what I was and at the time i am sure had every intention of useing that. He stayed in the shadows. He protected us and Morhavin.. I never told Morhavin it was a mistake. He would then think.." She shook her head slightly. "At the time i thought i was a monster as well though.. my state of mind was very confused. I wasn't who Katherine is now. Not nearly so strong. Years went by and Jack kept us safe. No more attacks came and the time came that i wanted to tell Morhavin that i wanted to bring Theron home. I waited until Jack agreed it was safe enough."

"I had it planned he was either going to leave me or accept me all of me. I sent for Theron at the same time. He would arrive that night." She stood then and started paceing. "I didn't know how much he already knew. When i told him about Jack about everything that i was, he flipped out. I had seen it before the obession and the madness in him but i never thought it would go that far." She touched her neck looking at the floor." He had this thing.. this necklace..he said it would make all the troubles go away. Once he placed it around my neck i grew weak no power no nothing.. he started hitting me and saying.." She shook her head a bit. "Jack came during the whole mess i rembmer begging him as i lay in my own blood not to kill Morhavin. He didn't listen but i don't think you would have either. Theron came home in those moments. Older. He .. he always after put it on me.. said it was my fault." She looked up to him. "Don't ever let something like that happen.. i don't care what will happen as long as you promise that."

"Thats the reason Matachi's possesiveness scares Katherine.. Its the reason she shuts down." She reached out and touched his face. "Its something she never even understood." She kissed him lightly. "I wanted you to know. Nothing is ever silent between us even if you think i may love others which i do know that our bound is what anyone elses can never be. Matachi needs to give more faith." She then smiled she felt better that she had said what she needed to and he wasn't in a rage.
