*Assuming that a storm was not far away and this was as good as the weather would get in the predictable future, Omi shoved the boat out into the water, clambered in, and started rowing back to the ship. She'd probably be able to find something useful to do there.*

[[Gone for a day. NPC the Rescue if needed, I'm still ashore.]]

*Not aware of just how much time they had on the mainland, stared at him a little blankly. But she noddded to the Doctor quickly afterward, now realizing how long they had to acquire provisions.

She hadn't thought much about the heat of the last few days. She was too busy on the run from her pursuers and then later being shackled upon the ship for attempting to steal the Doctor's items, few as they were. In retrospect, it was rather hot, but her boiling temper from having her items taken from her seemed to have overpower her ability to notice the finer details of the past days.

The rain steadily fell during the brief conversation between the two and the torrential downpour began to soak through their clothes as she followed the Doctor. She stopped momentarily, as the he continued to walk on before her. *

"He was right about one thing, indeed...'a little water never hurt anybody'..." she thought to herself as she closed her eyes in a clear area of the deserted street and raised her face skyward.

*Blood, sweat, dust and dirt from her interactions with the others on the ship seemed to melt away beneath the cold natural shower from the heavens above. Jaden reveled in the feel of the raindrops pelting her face. She ran her hands over her face, pushing away some of the dirt and grime of the past few days. Then, she gingerly swept her hands over her ears to remove some of the blood before she finally pushed her hair behind her, which had started to tighten into smaller curls due to the rain.

Somewhat startled by the amount of time she had taken to feel the effects of the impending weather, she quickly brought her eyes back to a normal level and searched the street before her, looking around for the Doctor.*

((Ilor:- "Oh, Lord. I completely forgot about the handheld line-gun."

Sparrow:- "I do hope those giggles aren't meant in mockery..."))

*Awaiting Mr. Ilor's line return, the Captain wandered about the bow in a slow but steady pacing. As the rain fell upon the ship like tears from heaven, Kurisutofa looked up and closed his eyes. The water ran through his long silver hair, giving it a more silvery look than it already had and brought the light long whisps into wet clumps that hung about him. Running his fingers through his hair, he pushed it from his face and continued with his duties.

Once again on his pacing path, he ceased his march next to the storage bench near the foremast. In a brief moment of wonder, he opened the bench only to find...*

stare "He left the handheld linegun behind. Well... crap.
I wonder how long it'll take him until he pops back up.
Should be any second now."

*as the guncrew carried out the orders, Ares went back up on deck, feeling the cold rain land on her skin, only for a moment. It felt something like a miscievious pixie that kept poking her skin, ever so slightly. As the rain became more violent, the drops got larger and faster. The rain storm was almost upon them, in full force.*

*As the gale force winds began to push the Lady's furled sails about, the yards squeeled with joy. Even the ship seemed pleased by the chance of excitement. As the early morning began to awaken and the sun attempted to peek it's head over the cloudy horizon, Kurisutofa heard the sound of a groggy Officer behind him.*

"Good Morning Miss Ares. Your up rather early. Did you sleep well, or have you not gone to bed at all? You look as if you shall need your rest. I say, please do see that you bed yourself once the new guns are in place aboard the Ship. It's for your own health and my worried mind."

I have not slept as of yet, Captain, but duty calls.

*Finally reaching the ship, Omi was totally soaked. Clambering back on board, she looked around for the captain, one of the few people she recognised. Spotting him, she dashed over as best she could and waited until she was sure she wouldn't be interruping, in order to ask what she ought next do.*

-After purchasing the tools he needed, he made his way back to the ship. He hoped that Mr. Ilor had remembered which paints the captain had asked for. He then waited by the shore, only to see that the storm was near. He began to feel little droplets fall on his forehead and cheek.-
