Oh dear! hm... I have not counted. :::She thinks it over::: There are a few that I have only seen once or twice, and I am constantly meeting new people, who seem to have expereince here by the time I see them. :::She starts counting in her head:::
I would have to venture upwards of 20 people.

Tac was waving his arms around like a madman as he faded in, yelling at some guy, "What the hell do you mean your dinghy is ther biggest dinghy in town? It looks pretty damn small to me! Hell, it likely wouldn't even get me off..." He looks around, stopping in just the wrong place in that sentence, and notices he's in the Brink. He scratches his head nervously and puts his arms down, smiling wide, "HI!" He only then first spots Cora, now actually scanning the patrons instead of trying to cover himself, he gave her a slight wave and started over towards her, staring at the rather ******** up car...which seemed to have been burned isn some spots.

K turns and sees a man he recognizes. He'd seen him the first night he appeared there, but never got introduced. He kind of cleared his throat and hoped that Cora would break the ice for them.

:::Cora turns around all the way to face Tac. She had not seen him in the Brink the last few times se'd been there, and she began to worry that something may have happened to his as well:::
Oh! Tacitus! Thank goodness you're ok!

Tac had noticed K, but not entirely, rushing up to Cora like a teenage boy enamoured with his girl. He swept up next to her and wrapped one arm around her lightly, giving her a light kiss upon the cheek, "Is there any reason why I wouldn't be ok? Especially now that I'm back here with you." He caught K out of the corner of his eye, glancing towards him, "And who might this be?"

K offered his hand. "My name is K. This is my fourth time here in the Brink. I am still very confused." He smiled and nodded, almost as though he was proud of his Brink status.

:::Cora looked back and forth from Tac to K. She had a very spefic reason she was concerned for Tac's well being, but she didn't want to mention it in front of the K. His ideas about the Brink were sitll being formed, and she didn't want to give him the impression that it was the most dangerous place in or outside earth:::
Well, I always get concerend when I don't see you for a certain amount of time you know...

He took K's hand and shook it, using mostly proper ettiquete and lookign him in the eyes, if only briefly, then back to Cora, "You know, Cora, I think you're becoming more human each and every time I see you."

Hehehe... :::the idea is quite funny::: I'm not sure how I am supposed to take that. As far as I know, I've always been quite human, thank you very much.

K shot them both a bewildered expression. Cora's becomin more human...? What is that supposed to mean?
But before he even gets a chance to get a word in, K loses solidity and eventually he's completely gone.
((Goodnight guys! It's getting late over here!))

Tac chuckled, not noticing K leaving, "Being Homo Sapiens and Human is quite different. Its a compliment, by the way. When I first met you...you..you were almost dead inside. I don't even want to think about what your world must truly be like. Nevermind all that," He wrapped his other arm around her, "I've been thinking about you almost contantly since I last left here...after that 'night.'"

Gelmax fades in, apparently in the middle of 'negotiations', judging by the large railgun in his hand. Something about his negotiation style and the reasons for his influence in the Gaian underworld can quickly be guessed.
"And so you see, in exchange for not dying horribly, you will supply me with sales information and flag large pur...chase...ers.....
Dammit, now I'm going to have to deal with a whole new set of guards when I get back!"

Dammit, now I'm going to have to deal with a whole new set of guards when I get back!" Malazar fades in next to the bar, reaching for a drink. When his fingers curl around his partially drunk bottle of amber liquid, he blinks. "Dammit. Back again... pah. Nosy b*****d." He tosses back a large gulp from the bottle before turning to face Gel. "Eh, nice gun buddy."

Casting a glance around, Gel looks vaguely preoccupied. Having nowhere to put the railgun, he fiddles with it nervously. With hands hazardously close to the trigger.
"Eh? Thanks, it's one of mah best."

Malazar walks out from behind the bar and heads over to his table with the bottle.
"Who are you anyway? Never seen you around here before and the cliche hanging from your shoulders would probably have warranted a comment from Cora."
This man is wearing worn leather pants and a thick protective jacket over a rumpled looking dress shirt. All his outer clothing is festooned with pockets, and from each shoulder hangs a half-circle ring of goldish metal with spike on the edges. He places his feet on the familiar table, and takes a sip from his bottle.
