[Mudnose closed her eyes as Foxfur stumbled over his words slightly. She smirked. It was cute. When he spoke, she stifled a yawn, shaking her head. 'No, no, no, I overreacted. I shouldn't have yowled at you, I guess," she meowed, her teeth still firmly clenched. She loosened her grip though, worried. She could chew through her teeth and wouldn't even know it.
The siamese she-cat sighed, looking at her paws. She felt her ears tingle for a moment, and she looked up at Foxfur, managing a half-smile. "And it's okay, Foxfur. You most likely meant well. I probably took it the wrong way or something," she purred, flicking him lightly. She turned her head to the side in curiosity.] "Brokensoul, you should sleep." [a moment passed by.] "You know, we've never even really spoken to each other? He murmured in a calm voice.] "Maybe...you know me more...then you...think...." [Suddenly an idea popped into his head.] It's the going to be the gathering! We should get going! [Brokensoul staggered to his sleep, his vision began to blur....than darken. But Brokensoul feared Shadow to much to sleep comfortably. He let out a groan and padded into the clearing. He could see Tigerfrost, and Foxfur and Mudnose were muttering together by the Shadowstone. Brokensoul padded over to the two, his pain felt numb...like he couldn't feel it. He mewed quietly.] "Uh, Foxfur...who is going to the Gathering?" [Brokensoul's eyes were dull, nothing but exhaustion and fear reflected off his yellow eyes. And the leader obviously isn't around at the moment.
So, shouldn't Foxfur announce who's going to the Gathering?

No, I won't let anybody fall in love with me. [Bounding out into the forest again, I skidded to a stop, spraying snow against the pine trunks.] Tonight's full-moon, [I remembered.] The Gathering's tonight. [I ran towards camp, snow crunching under my paws. Back in camp, I looked to the sky. It wasn't quite time to go yet, so I headed to the fresh-kill pile and picked up a small, cold mouse from the bottom of the pile. Taking a place near the warriors' den entrance, I sat down and began slowly eating the prey.]
My heart is like an empty vault.
Locked and vacant, but it's not my fault. I leave with no thought in my heart, but to serve you.

[I looked at Mudnose for a few seconds, feeling a smile creep it's way onto my face. I blinked warmly at the she-cat and hit her teasingly with my tail. I shifted closer to her, the snow lazily drifting down around us]
"I was just trying to keep you safe," I whispered.
[Then Brokensoul padded up and ruined the moment. I sighed, known I had to return to my duties sooner or later. I wrapped my tail around my paws and met the tom's eyes, not flinching as the memory of Shadow slashing out at my muzzle flooded into my head]
"We must wait until Lavenderstar returns. If it is not soon, I will lead the Clan to the Gathering. But one thing's for sure. You can't come. You're too injured. Go back and rest, Brokensoul. That's an order"

No, I won't let anybody fall in love with me. [Swallowing the last morsel of the mouse, I licked my lips, trying to collect any last pieces with my tongue. Pricking my ears, I heard faint snoring (that okay if I say she took a nap?) coming from Lavenderstar's den. I walked in the direction of the den. Standing in the entrance-way, I tried not to make too much noise, being careful not to wake the leader. Peering in, I quietly called out,] "Lavenderstar, are you awake? It's full-moon and you need to announce who's going to attend the Gathering. Oh, and a 'small situation' occurred but, Foxfur can tell you all about that."

[Brokensoul let out a weak smile and looked over to Tigerfrost. His ears perked up when he heard what he said. He felt new energy surge within him. He wanted to go to the Gathering.] It's been awhile since I've been to a Gathering... [Shadow let out a sneer. He knew Foxfur was afraid of him, his eyes showed it clearly. Shadow mewed to Brokensoul.] Yes my pet, let us go to the Gathering...more lives to suck the life from... [Shadow murmured to himself.] [Brokensoul stiffened. Shadow was active. [Oops razz Thought she was still at the SeaClan fight thingy]
[I sighed. Back to my duties. Standing up, I fluffed out my coat and flicked my ears. Turning to Nightclaw, I nodded]
"Yes, you can come"
[I then turned to Brokensoul, narrowing my amber eyes. Shadow. I will be the one to bring you down. I swear to StarClan, even if it kills me. I slightly bared my teeth, but realized it was Brokensoul, not Shadow, and closed my mouth]
"Brokensoul. You're still bleeding. You need to heal. Go back to Hauntedheart's den. There's no way you're going to the Gathering, and besides, I don't think that'd go over too well with Shadow. Who knows what he'd do?"
[I flicked my tail in dismissal, and called out to Willowheart. She bounded up to me, grinning]
"Hey Foxfur!"
[I couldn't help but grin back]
"Hi Willowheart" lowering my voice, I took a step closer to the she-cat, so only she could hear me, "You know what's up with Brokensoul. I want you to stay here and look after him"
[She nodded and cast a glance at the tom before turning away and taking up her post by Hauntedheart's den. I then turned to Mudnose and gently touched my nose to hers]
"I'll be right back,"
[I padded over to Lavenderstar's den, calling out a greeting before padding in and overhearing Tigerfrost's last words. I narrowed my eyes and squared my shoulders]
"Shadow," I meowed to my leader, knowing she would understand.
[I sat down, curling my tail around my paws]
"The Gathering, yes. We should probably get going soon. I was thinking Nightclaw and Mudnose could go. Who else? Willowheart is going to stay behind and look after..you know"
[I stopped talking and flattened my ears. I sounded like I was bossing Lavenderstar around! I shuffled my paws, looking down at the ground]

[Brokensoul was getting tired, exhaustion began to take over, his thoughts blurred. Before Brokensoul could take a step, he collapsed on the ground fast asleep.] [Shadow quickly took over and got to his paws before any cat could notice. He sucked up the blood from his wound, feeling the nice sensation his his mouth once again. He let out a small grin and stared at the deputy. His eyes gave a sign to stay out of his way. Shadow padded into the medicine den, seeing the helpless Scorchpaw in the medicine den. He put his tail over Scorchpaw's mouth before she could say anything and mewed soothingly.] "It's okay...Scorchpaw....Brokensoul will keep you safe, until his shadow takes over...." [Shadow nuzzled the apprentice on the cheek, trying to act as if Brokensoul would do that to comfort this pathetic excuse for an apprentice.] Why does he even care for something like you... [Lavenderstar stirred in her den as warriors approached her. She sighed and stood, her pelt rumpled and unsightly. She flicked her ears in embarrassment, but held her head high. She had been meditating and thinking about what to do about ceremonies and had compiled a list. All she had to do now was enact them. She realized that the Gathering was soon, but that could wait. What she wanted now was to take care of things.
She narrowed her violet eyes as Tigerfrost mentioned a situation, and saw Foxfur approach himself. She waved her tail, silencing them, and stood with a commanding air.]
"I understand your troubles," she said briskly, with an air of anxiety. "But at the moment I must take care of matters that have been in need of a resolution for quite some time."
[She quickly washed over her pelt with her tongue, smoothing down the ruffled fur to a sleek shine.Once she was satisfied, she stood and padded outside the den.]
On her way past Foxfur, she added offhandedly, "I want to hear more about this 'small situation' Tigerfrost speaks of after this."
[She padded toward the Shadowstone, a determined look on her sleek black face.]

If I am not notified with approval/information from said owners, they will not recieve ceremonies today and/or tomorrow with the other massive group of cats. )) (( So far Vanillapaw is the only one unconfirmed as far as name goes, so she will not be included in the ceremony. HOW EVERRR. I will be editing the ceremony since it is going to be in one gigantumongous post! You can tell me how you want your character to react/etc., or post out your own version of their ceremony and I'll just paste it in the big post or whatever. Also, if any complications arrive from a pair, I can go back and edit it so that they were never paired together (i.e. if you change your mind. Try not to do this though. :/ ) Posting in a few minutes! ;D ))
