Sadly, I cannot. Sosay has an NPC training me at the Training Grounds. I need to learn Medical Jutsu and I get a Teaching Bonus if the NPCs do it.

why is kumo still considered under lockdown?

Heh, Probably not a good idea, Necrosis is laying between his feet, and Balthrops aspers are naturally skitish. So he might try to bite you if you scare him. ( By the way, he is aptly named because of the effect his venom has. )
Maybe tap Sonji on the shoulder, or avoid his feet. Either one will work.
