There had been a brief stop at the mansion before he continued. A bottle of the strongest alcohol was in his hand and each gulp made his lungs burn with a tingling sensation. Limping along his thoughts strayed to ideas of a darker nature. There had once been a time when he had made plans to topple nations and he was reduced to such a pittiful state as his current.

No more, he had let his emotions get the better of him, but no more would he be controled by them. No, he would be the one in control, any semblence of submission would be an act. First though, first he had to prove something.

His life was in shambles but there was still something he could do, a body was missing. The Inquisitor, Fischig, he had somehow escaped and the posion in his blood made his blood boil at how the man had thrown his peaceful life into chaos and given him a limp, probably for the rest of his life.

With the alcohol full in effect he wandered the wilderness, already signs of reconstruction and expansion could be seen, but they were secondary to his eyes. No, he had to find a man who had set everything into chaos.

As was any limping drunk could possibly do Quin fell, now this would be amusing if he hadn't done it more then a dozen times before in his aimless search through the wilderness. Picking himself up and dusting off he stumbled back on, the alcohol gone by now from a mixture of drinking and spilling.

Moving as he was he made lots of noise, but that couldn't be helped, even sober there would be too much underbrush to keep silent. "I'll have this all burned away some time, then maybe we can put in a road instead of that dirt path."

Pausing for a moment he thought he heard an echo, someone else making their way through the brush. The heavy breathing of a large man pulling himself accross the ground made him smile at the prospect.

It was simple, even a babe could follow him. Pulling out a flintlock he pulled the lever back and his index finger laid on the trigger guard. Moving through the wilderness he came onto the man, Fischig.

"Well, well. Looks like you're even worse off then I was." speaking with a calm air of confidence and purpose Quin leveled the weapon at Fischig.

Crawling as he was Fischig growled as he turned himself to look at the man, the man he had breaten into submission, had filled him with lead and left him for dead. Spitting blood, "So you lived you pansy a** b*****d."

"Pansy a**? Hmm, I think someone of your station would know a bit more of my actions considering what you knew of me as things were." a smile came to his face as he moved closer to the one armed man. "Let's say I give you an eye for the one you ********!" crying damnation upon the blue blood Fischig rose a feeble arm to strike him.

The blow was simple and uneffective, moving aside from the blow he moved in after it and crashed the heel of his boot into the man's chest. "Good bye you b*****d."

Smoke filled the air as the concusion cap was ignited by the fall of the hammer, gun powder let loose the projectile that hurled itself into the empty cavity of the man's skull.

The round tore through the skull and enbedded into the grey matter. Blood pooled out of the wound like an open sore gave off puss. Laughing Quin sat down and was regaining himself, the act of killing slowly clearing his head.

Star wandered the wilderness somewhat bewildred after being away for so long. His hair no longer spieked up but it was longer now pointing down covering his right eye. A gold hilt katana straped to his back. His long black coat fluttered in the wind his eyes blank as if lifeless. He swayed as he walked around the wilderness. Whenever a strong gust of wind passed Star;s blue hair lifted revealing his green eyes better as well as the scar across his right eye.

Everything the stranger had told him had the tired drawl of one that considered talking a chore. He liked this one. And something she had said caught his attention.

"No one stays at the men's dorms?" he repeated, asking her to confirm it once more, but trying to see what her reaction was that he was pointing out this fact. The place would certainly be large...

Star contnued through the forest stopping the moemnt he sensed a deamon following him. He knew it was a low class demon merely seeking someone to pray on. Star would have seemed like an easy target. THe demon was quite tall for a low rank demon. It was human sized and pitch black with white eyes. It lunged at Star seemingly gliding through the air as Star turned to face it. The wind blew reavealing his right eye was now like that of a Dragon gold in color. He grabbed his sword and suddenly vanished appearing several feet behind the demon who was still airborne.
The tree;s around the path Star traveled in a flash suddenly began to slide down cut clean through falling around the demon. The thunderous crash of the tree's drowned out the demon's cry as he split into severla pieces as his blood splashed everywhere. A Fianl crash came from the tree's as they now rested on the ground. Star stood up and continued the way he was his eyes returning to normal once again, green and soulless in nature.

Reaper was a rather observant person it was quite rare when something passed her. This mans' notion of the mens dorms being empty was the very thing that caught her own attention. The dark pupils turning towards his general direction with eyes becoming slightly narrowed. Much like a predator eyeing down its prey. Though she seemed rather relax it was obvious she was standing her ground firmly and with caution. A single strand of hair came tumbling down striking down the middle of her right eye.

"As of late there has been little to zero activity within that desiginated area of this Wilderness." Reaper stated once more. Her eyes watching every movement and expression his body gave.

Something was wrong back at the temple. Very very wrong, Rapine could feel it. Dissapointed that it had not been able to introduce itself further to the newcomers, Rapine backed away from Rivven and dissapeared into the wilderness- back to the temple.

Finally he allowed himself a smile. "Call me Priest." he said. He had never been one to explore a living one's mind, and decided searching hers for her own title wasn't needed.

"We're going there." Priest stated. It wasn't a command, but it wasn't a suggestion. Better to seize the moment, before the sun came.

"Rivven, who are you talking too?" Morgan snapped, too distracted to notice the fair amount of magic that had just passed her. But hearing her own voice made her realize how harsh she'd been. "I'm feeling so out of it- maybe..." she rolled her eyes "Maybe I'll see Aes. Just for a quick visit."

A conversation of sorts had come between Quin and the severed head. The solitude was peaceful, but it didn't have a homely feel. Rising to his feet he held the head up in both hands, grinning down at the skull. One side had caved in from where the bullet had exited and even still tiny drops of blood would spill to the ground from time to time. Moving he set out to find the perfect setting for this morbid affair.

Morgan hadn't been able to see it? Or hear it? That was odd... but with the magic, perhaps it was the thing trying to get at him isolated. Which was odd as it didn't seem to have come from the Children to retrieve him. Odd, but good it wasn't. Perhaps the possesive fools had finally let go and gone to find themselves a new weapon.

"If you think you should, it's probably for the best." he said, meaning it, considering how much she seemed to dislike and distrust the man. He couldn't fully understand that, but she still had nearly as many secrets from him as the rest of the clan seemed to, though that might just be her nature and his lack of sociability that made them all so much a mystery. Come to think of it, he had quite a bit he had yet to tell her about himself that he should; most of it unfortunately because he couldn't remember. But that could be fixed; he decided he'd have to find some way to find out, soon.

Laying a hand gently on her shoulder, he stepped close to her, taking one last glance out the corner of his eyes for that odd figure before walking with her off to see the elven doctor.

Morgan took his hand and shrugged to herself. She still didn't have a good reason to avoid him, even though it made her feel uncomfortable. "When we get back, I think it's time I really put more effort into the school. We're going to get more teachers, and as much as I tend not to think about it- one can't live only on magic. The students will have to learn practica skills." She blinked as they started to near the practice "He's not there, he must be at his house."

Rivven nodded. "I guess we'll have to head that way then." the ki was useful- speaking of the practical skills, he could probably use to learn to do a little more with magic than just use water as a weapon. Everyone else seemed to be able to do a great deal with it. "I could teach combat, but I'm afraid I don't have any actual education beyond my literacy. I kind of taught myself what would help keep me alive in what spare time I had. Maybe I'd be able to pass on some general medical knowledge people might be able to use at least, hopefully more the way the doctor uses his medical knowledge."

Reaper's mood dramatically dropped at the title in which the man gave her. Priest....in all of her damn luck it had to be Priest. She sure hoped to Mother that this man wasn't ONE of those damn reiligious people. There was nothing she hated more then religion. Even if this man was one or not in the end Priest has caught her full attention and curiousity. It had been some time since some amusement and new blood have been here in Black Amber.

"I suppose I'll take you there. This place is very much like a maze we wouldn't want another person to become lost in the wilderness. Its quite troublesome." Reaper started as she headed off down the path in the direction of the dorms. Not bothering to even give her own title in turn as she went.
