As the woman had been speaking, Ky had shut his eyes, trying to figure out what he should do with her. She did say that she had run away from the Fire Kingdom, but could she be trusted? Since she travelled with Hylin, maybe...but he'd have to put her under watch, like with the Princess of Darkness.
He sighed and looked up at her. "You may stay here...but I will have to put you under watch, like I have with the runaway Princess of Darkness. You will be on constant watch for a few weeks, to make sure that you can be trusted. After that, you may join our forces against those who would attack us."
He stood, shakily trying to find a base. Once he had, he turned back to the travellers. "You may stay at the city's inn. Our guards will be posted outside your doors. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask. I'd also suggest staying away from the palace for a long while. And do not mind the glares of the other citizens, they will take longer than anyone to get used to you. Now if you'll excuse me..."
With that, he left the Order's headquarters and went to the Palace, once more ignoring the stares of all the women he passed by.

((for the one we're doing it might be easier if you were actually in the Lightning Kingdom... or I guess Ky could have a messenger send you a message...? But that's entirely his call. : x ))
Bekkala bowed to him as he walked off. "Yes, of course. I understand." she said. She stood upright again, watching him walk off for a moment.

(Um, Arthuritis592, I'm not exactly sure how Hylin would acknowledge you. Oh, and I wouldn't think that she needs a protector. She can fly, is rather swift, and can create a temporary protective barrier,so I think she can take care of herself.....She's chiefly a healer though...)
Hylin watched as Ky cautiously considered Bakkala's request to stay in the kingdom. She stretched her wings, an impressive twelve feet across, and smiled at the prince once more, signaling her satisfaction that he accepted the Light faction as an ally.
The magus of light impatiently pulled out her map, ascertained a comically bemused expression upon her already attractive visage, and seemed to look at both the Lightning and Fire royalty at the same time.
"Is there any other aid I may provide at this time? Or have I done all that there is to do? I really must ask the other kingdoms for their cooperation about aligning with my own. If there's nothing else of importance....which territory is the closest to this one? Water? Air? Fire?" Hylin inquired in an upbeat yet resolute tone.

Sol looked at the girl in front of him, she was young but not to be misjudged, the third of the four assassins of the fire realm. Mizuki, a ex-water espionage agent trained in their fighting arts, her speed but she was always impatient. She lived to fight and could hardly ever resist rushing into one only to have her foe fall before she ever really got a chance to enjoy the fight. When a person would look at her they'd never suspect just how dangerous she is. Concieling a pair of tanto and about what usually adds up to about ten bo-shuriken often tanto-gata. "Mizuki, it seems the little runaway was being harbored in the city." Sol began, catching her intrest. "I can probably tell you know what it is I want done." "Rest assured, you won't need to worry about her at all. I'll see to it personally that she won't divulge anything to them." Replied Mizuki, understanding the unspoken orders perfectly. The girl was a threat to the kingdom, she knew some of the secrets of their lands andd would need to be silenced before she could say anything to the military ofthe lightning kingdom. While it now surelylacked any leaders, the secrets could possiablybe leaked to the other kingdoms and there could be touble in the future.

Keira traveled through the forest, holding a novel infront of her nose. Rima pawed beside her, every once in a while jumpinng to swat at a bug or something else. Keira patted Rima's head and looked around. "Rima, i may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure we're lost." She looked down at her fox, who sat and cocked her head. Keira sighed a little, setting her book in her rucksack. She looked around, confused. The path she hadbeen walking on earlier had gone away. Probably because I had my nose in a stupid book.

Katasaku pulled his scarf tightly around his nose and mouth as he stood on a cliff of the Air Kingdom. The bitter winds of the high altitude snapped about in a cold rage, causing Katasaku's hair and scarf to flail wildy behind himself. His eyes scanned the horizon, attempting to spot signs of the other kingdoms in the distance.Looking down to his waist he opened a small satchel and fished through it for a moment. 'Well..looks like that's everything..'. Katasaku rose his head up again, but quickly glanced down at the immense forest that lay hundreds upon hundreds of feet below.
A cheesey grin spread across Katasaku's face underneath his scarf as he leaned over the cliff, and with the simple thrusting motion of his legs, his body sailed off the cliff into the abyss. He twirled about gracefully as he cut down through the sky like a hawk diving for its prey. The forest below was racing closer by the second, yet Katasaku made no move to slow himself. At the last moment he thrust his arms out, causing a large gust of wind to burst out underneath him.It managed to bring his free fall to a close stop. As he leveled out his hands cut through the air and fell limp at his sides as he glided amongst the tops of the trees on the wind.

Keira hummed a happy tune to herself as she strolled along, not really minding. She was out of the chaos for now, she'd like to keep it that way. Besides; the forest was beautiful. Rima trotted happily beside her owner, looking ahead for anything they should be watching for. Keira's hand slowly slipped down into her rucksack, but Rima growled. "You're right, Ri." Keira said with a nod. "I don't want to get anymore lost than I already am." So instead she grabbed her compass. "Oh no!" Keria shouted, looking at the cracked quartz. "It broke!!"

Katasaku held his palms out once again, creating a slowing gust as he broke over the line of trees into a decent sized clearing. He slowly eased himself to the ground, glancing about. A small creek ran through the clearing, the waters shallow and crystal clear. He turned around and walked several yards back towards the forest, leaning against a large oak tree and yawning slightly as he sank down to a sitting posistion in the shade.Looking up his noticed a small grove of apple trees a few yards down from the tree he was sitting under. He reached his hand out and lashed an apple from the tree with a sharp gust of wind and allowed the apple to gently float towards himself on the breeze. He reached up and snagged the apple out of the air as it got near and wiped it off on his scarf before taking a bite.

Sasha then started wandering aimlessly, trying to figure out which way was north. Another fun fact about the girl was that she had no sense of direction whatsoever. Hearing a snap, Sasha whipped her head around. "S...Somebody there...?" She whispered, and silence proceeded to answer her. Rima stood on all fours and sniffed around, slowly baring her teeth.

Ky turned back at hearing Hylin wonder about the other Kingdoms. He walked back to them and looked at Hylin.
"The closest Kingdom to ours would me the Kingdom of Wind, whom we share these mountains with." He pointed to the northwest, where the shadows of larger mountains could be seen.
"Their Kingdom lies northwest of ours, among the highest mountains in our world. We've always been on good terms with each other, since we share these mountains. If you tell them that you have allied with us, it might convince them to join us. In fact, I think I'll write the good King a letter for you to bring...as proof of our alliance."
He thought for a moment, then spoke again with a small smile on his face. "You may all accompany me to the Palace as I write the letter. I trust that you won't try anything on me, since you were kind enough to save my life. Please...follow me." He led them to the Palace, telling them - especially Hylin - of how the wielders of the Fuuenken and Furraiken would (and have) always clash with each other. It would therefore be impossible for the Kingdom of Light to align with the Kingdom of Fire, since she had chosen his Kingdom first.

Staci, I must thank you. You've set yourself up in the perfect opportunity to finally bring in my second character.
The lifeless body of Zato-One moved silently through the forest. The only movement around his body came from the swirling vortex of darkness at his feet. This swirling vortex happens to be Eddie, the Forbidden Beast that had been implanted in his mind so long ago. Now, Eddie had full control, but he had to find a new host; Zato's body was dying quicker than he had anticipated.
As he slid through the forest, he sensed someone nearby. This presence had a second one with it, a fox if he was sensing it correctly. Zato's body smirked. He was going to have fun with this one...she seems lost. And scared. Those were the best prey.
Using the forest's natural shadows as a guide, he extended himself to a tree past the young woman and snapped some of the branches off of it.

Katasaku finished up the apple and tightly wrapped his scarf around his nose and mouth once again while rising to his feet. A pale hand slowly ruffled his hair as a mellow breeze caused his scarf to rock back and forth in the gentle wind. His head cocked to the left as he heard a twig snap.Almost as if it was an instinct, his hand found it's way back to the large staff slung across his back.He quickly twirled it out and rammed the bottom end into the ground. His hand rose into the air and started to tug at the breeze comming from the west.If anything,it would carry any sound over to a point where he could hear who or what it was.

As her fear intensified, Keira slowly inched her hand into her bag of crystals she always kept latched to her belt. She pulled out a few and merged them together, creating a large sword. Rima sniffed around a little more, but then sat down with a small whimper.
Judging by her friend's movements, Keira figured that this creature was a bit too much for Rima to handle.

His ears twitched slightly in the wind. The sound of whimpering and a strange clicking noise could be heard,as well as some sort of deep dark humming noise. He quickly pushed off from the ground with a quiet gust of wind, sending him up and over the trees once again. He attempted to land in a nearby tree as quietly as he could, but managed to snap a few twigs and rustle some leaves in the process. He spied a girl standing down on the forest floor,a small fox at her side. Yet there was something else. It felt as if another presence was in the area, but Katasaku couldn't exactly describe what.
