Diamond whinnied to Freebrid's ashes before she turned around and trotted a couple of feet away from the herd waiting to move on. She looked one last time at the mountains and knew she would be back to see the stallion again.

Ghost let a few silent tears fall for Freebird, she had been the first to join him and was the start of his herd. He knew as soon as Sepsis had told him and Kipcha she might not last until morning that she was right. Freebird had looked deathly ill. He shook his head and looked up. A hawk crossed the sky, screeching and he smiled, wondering if Freebird had come to say goodbye. The bird flew off and fanished into the treeline. He turned to Casper and nuzzled the young stallion in sympathy then turned and trotted to Kipcha's side, nuzzling her, he knew she was upset. "Come on...we need to leave. You said there was a nice grazing spot close by?" He asked her. He looked up and saw the white horned stallion and snorted. "Can I help you?" He asked him, authority in his voice.
Evander sighed, Freebird's death was saddening, but being a hell-horse, death was no stranger to him. He could sense when death was near, he was glad he had been able to be by Freebird when she died. He had been by her side all night. He had felt it when her spirit left her and it was then thaat he had finally left her side and slept amongst the herd. He snorted and glanced up at the white stallion. He recognized him as the one who had tried to take Dreamcloud from Casper and his lip quivered into a snarl, but he turned away from him and grazed.

Kipcha watched the other stallion. She held her ears backwards glanceing uncomfortably at the stallion. "I do, it's about a half hours walk from here but there's a little creek and some nice shade trees." She stayed close to Ghost's side.

Ghost waited for the other stallion to respond, and he could tell Kipcha was uncomfortable with his presence. He shifted his wing over her, draping it over her back and down her side. He nuzzled her to help reassure her. "Alright, well, as soon as this stallion leaves, we'll be on our way, alirght?" He said to her, nuzzling her affectionately again,

"Alright." She calmed slightly, rubbing her head against his shoulder. "Ghost..." Kipcha stopped mid sentence and flicked her tail.

Legacy took his que to leave quietly. He would follow the other herd though, trail along behind the last horse. Maybe he could gain entrance into their herd, maybe not... One can only hope.

Ghost looked sideways at Kipcha. "Hm?" He asked her. He looked over at legacy as he slipped quietly away for a while, then looked back at her.

*Sepsis Looked back at the herd, she could find them later. The pink-eyed stallion Shook his head gracefully and began prancing back to the ocean, taking the long route around, around the jungle. Sepsis followed him, calling back to her herd as she did.*
Just go! I can find you all in a couple of hours!!
*She turned her head to face the ocean, and trotted alongside the stallion.*

Kipcha shook her head at Sepsis and nuzzled Ghost. "It's nothing, nevermind." She pulled at his mane and started walking towards the grazing spot. "Come on everyone it's this way."

Kaine and Nito both lifted their heads and trotted over to Kipcha. "You called?" Kaine said.

Ghost walked alongside Kipcha. "We're moving to a new grazing spot." he told Nito and Kaine. He looked back at Kipcha. "Are you sure?" He asked her, his wing still draped over her back.
Evander lifted his head as the herd began moving away. He trotted after them with such grace and came up on the other side of Ghost.

"I'm sure it's nothing to worry about." She picked up her pace, looking at Kaine and Nito. "It won't take too long to get there if we keep moving." She swished her tail following a worn path through a group of trees. She kept her ears forward, alert for anything in the area.

Diamond galloped after the herd and slowed down to a walk walking next to Kipcha.

Legacy silently watched the herd leave. When they were a little past the trees around a trail, he began to trot slowly after them, trailing along quietly, but still there.
Tainted Love followed the herd quietly, picking up little snippets of grass here and there. The herd seemed like such a family, yet, she wasn't part of it.
