Byakko looked at shinji "even though my weapon is a broad sword its hilt is that of a ordnary katana because of that my style relies on staying low to the ground this is the best way to aviod serious strikes from Ryuuga when you plan on fightning Keiji I want you to stand in a very low position to the ground as low as your legs can give you and keep that stance for about two hours" Byakko begins to go to sleep.

Shinji dropped as low as his legs could go and stayed like that.

Byakko grined "good and now for the wieghts" Byakko picked up a few stones and placed them on the back of shinji's hands, shoulder and legs to make the stance even more rigorous.

Byakko looked a shinji "now you have the posture down right I want you to practice on low style combat, while staying in your current posture slowly work on your sword swings I want 30 side swipes and 50 retreats and advances" Byakko now going back to sleep.
