Jericho rushed into the academy completely out of breath. He slowly made his way to where the rest of the class was and walked over to Sensei.

"Hi again.....sorry I am late.....it took me forever to get through the mist......surrounding the mizukages office." He said gasping for air.

Jericho held out the paper work. "Umm...I was suppose to give you this."

((Dont remeber if you talked about rest posts in the exercise explanation, I just mimiced the ones you have before so that 1 post of rest is +2 CP))

He wondered how his performance was so horribe that he lost control. Stubbornly he tried again but alas his effort still left him sitting in the dust. He got up dusted himself off but still felt immensly weak and tired. He tried to get to his feet for another go but his body felt weak, as if he was missing most of his blood. He crumpled to the floor involuntarily.

Roll: 3 (Fail) CP: 0

He guessed that he must have pushed himself too hard, two consecuive mistakes was pretty draining for someone of his level. He decided that staying on the floor was best, at least for now. When the time came that he felt well enough to continue he would, and not before. In five to ten minutes that time came and Shin was able to stand on his own two feet once again.

(Rest Post) CP +1

Standing was only half the trouble it seemed, as even if he could stand he still felt about half drained of energy. He filtered through his pockets and pulled out a cookie to nibble on. Leaning against a nearby wall he slowly chewed on a small piece to regain his strength. In a second he would be back to work again.

(Rest Post) CP +1

He guessed his control over his seals were not as good as he thought. The effort of trying with such a badly performed seal had been a bit draining but he got back on his feet as soon as he could. When he was steadied he tried the seal again, this time a bit more carefully. However a similar result occured, it wasn't enought to know him over but it was close.

Roll: 5 (Fail) CP: 1

Getting a hold of himself once more, Shin concentration on getting his seal right. He checked his hands once, twice and thrice to make sure that his seal was the best he could perform. After the seal before satisfied his keen eye, he concentration on expelling chakra again through his hands. Taking a bit of a calmer approach this time, he molded his chakra into a simple beanie bag.

Samego turned away from the endless enjoyment he received from playing with the lint that was flouting around and paid attention to the teacher. He watched as she made them guess what they were doing next, but do to his severe lack of an attention span and intellect in general had no idea at all what was going on. He simply let one of the other student try and figure it out while he went back to his lint.

[Heh well after chakra we shall do something more physical or maybe wisdom related =D

Oh and Sensei is a he... crying This happens every time lmao.

Rest posts are +1 Cp. Actually our resting system just came up. So check it =D It's in the Abilities thread. But if you want you don't have to redo the posts LuvMonke just rest twice or something..]

"Ah, that boy from yesterday," Sensei said lightly in response to Jericho, taking the papers. "Aren't you tired? You don't look like you have slept... Take a seat." Plucking yet another book from the endless supply in the shelves he threw it at Jericho, lightly of course. "Page 13," he said. "Or thereabouts. We're doing chakra today, so learn the hand seals first. You'll have to catch up since you were late. And then ask your classmates for what we're doing next. Introduce yourself first. Good job Takamura."

Sanabi watched as the class started on the next asignment. A little annoyance crossed his mind as he realized his work had not ended. What?! After memorising all those signs, sensei still wants more?! This is so annoying. Besides, what does controling your chakra have to do with anything? It's so simple... right?

Sanabi cracked his knuckles, then placed his hands together in the sign bird sign. He consentrated on the chakra flowing through his hands, but found it almost imposable to centralise. It took several minutes of this deep concentration, and finnialy forced it out. The sudden release was unexpected, and uncontroled, resulting a slight flash, along with a severe tingleing in his fingure tips.
(Roll=6+0=Fail=-1 cha=1 cha)

Sanabi stared at his unsuccessful hands. Sanabi growled at them playfuly, You serve me well up until now! Don't do this to me! Sanabi knew this time, what not to do. He knew not to concentrate so hard, or else all the chakra would escape before he could use it successfully. When he placed his hands together, he concentrated and envisioned barriers where ever he felt the chakra sliping away. Slowly but surely he completed his task of holding the chakra in place and absorbed it back into his palms.
(Roll=17+0=Pass=1 cha)

Sanabi moved on to his next hand seal and gathered his chakra against it. This time, because of the hand seal, it felt like pressing against a brick wall. The resistance was tireing, but durable. With some effort, he broke the wall, releasing the chakra! The release was sudden and unexpected, like droping the floor out from under him! Somehow he managed to catch the chakra before it completely disapeared. With the chakra remaining, he molded it into the required shape. Then once again absorbed it.
(Roll=17+0=Pass=1 cha)

Sanabi smiled at his success, I was right, this isn't so hard! His hands went into the next hand sign, which was the monkey. This time, it was like holding onto a slippery, oiled, blob! Chakra went this way and that, and his grip was only making it worse! He was sure he was going to loose it, so he just gave up. But stragely, loosing his consentration made it easier to handle. With this mindset, he focused, and eventually gained full control.
(Roll=18+0=Pass=1 cha)

Sanabi absorbed the chakra into his hands once more. He took a deep breath, and relaxed. His head hurt, and he seemed more tired then usual. he had always been sleepy and lazy on normal days, but this was different. He laid his head down on the desk, and closed his eyes for a couple minutes. He sighed, after his headache went away and got back to work.
(Rest Post!=+1 cha=2 cha)

As his eyes drifted around the room, he relised a new person had come in. Was I that involved with the chakra control, that I didn't even see someone come in?! I need to get it together. Sloppyness like that is not becoming! Without a word to the newcomer, he turned back to his work. He placed his hands together, in the serpent sign, and concentrated. Chakra inhis hands distorted with the sign, and slithered and twisted, just like a snake. It was hard to predict it's next movement, but finnially, he cought it in his grip, and gained control.
(Roll=14+0=pass=2 cha)

Now, he was almost half way done. And strangely, his fingures tingled, like from his first try, when his chakra had gone out of control. But this time, it was more of an over population of chakra. He thought about it and decided to go for a more powerfull seal. He put his hands in the position of the tige, Sanabi's personal favorite. With little concentration, his chakra flared up and out. It raged violently, and even formed a visable glow around his palms and fingures. The amount of power flowing so freely, felt good to Sanabi. He fed more and more food for the flame, and it grew bigger. Soon enough it was bursting and flareing, but completely under his control. Before he went any further however, he absorbed the chakra quickly. His disply would probably gather attention and he didn't want that.

Jericho caught the book and looked up at Sensei. "No I havent slept, and to be honest I dont sleep very much, I have gotten so use to staying awake on my year long journey here that I could probably go two days without a wink of sleep."

Jericho walked over to one of the desks and sat down and opened the book to the pages he was told to and started to look it over and study.

The last seal had been so exciting, Sanabi couldn't wait for the next one. He quickly created the dragon, beliving it would work like the last. The thought of a dragon was one that showed masive bulging power. But when Sanabi made the seal, and realeased the chakra, he found all of it suddenly cut off from him, like the seal just ate it up!
(Roll=1+0=FAIL!=-1cha=1cha)

Sanabi thought the seal through, What else could a DRAGON be?! It's large, mystical, powerfull, and deadly, would this not be the perfect sign for lots and lots of chakra? This thought perplexed him for several minutes. He thought and thought, unsure of what to do.

That when he decided to take it like his first seal, release a bit of chakra, then move forward. When Sanabi tried this, he could feel a strange pull of chakra towards the center of the seal. He then relised, charing full force at a dragon will only end in disaster! A dragon has to be surrounded, and taken down from several key points! Sanabi tried this, separating the chakra in his hands to several points, surrounding the center void. Then slowly, he let the void take the chakra in, the chakra entered the void from different dirrections, filling it, and the void then disapeared. He had gained control!
(Roll=12+0=12=pass=1 cha)

The next seal Sanabi wanted to try, was the rat. He entered it carfully and slowly. As the chakra entered the seal, he felt for any void. There was none. He let his chakra in more and more, and just when he thought he was home free, his chakra spiked in one section. A tiny tream of chakra escaped his hold, and like a dam breaking, all hell broke loose, the chakra burst out that one spot, then way it all went.
(Roll=6+0=6=fail=-1 cha=0 cha)

Sanabi was impacient, and he rushed back to try again. But when he tried, nothing happened, he kept trying to push his chakra out, but it was like nothing was there! He began to get worried, and he looked up at the teacher, he hadn't warned for somthing like this. He then went back to his book and searched the pages for some referance to chakra. He stoped on a page that held several definitions for Chakra and how it was stored. His eyes widened and then droped back down to a lazy state when he relised he just needed to wait for the chakra to return. Heck, it could have returned since he had stoped!
(Rest Post!+1cha=1 cha)

Sanabi wasn't going to push it though, so he waited a bit till he felt completely up to trying again. He looked around at the class again, they were all busy with thier own buisness. So much for making friends... there's barely any talking. He sighed and closed his eyes. He about fell asleep when he woke himself up. Oh! Wait, I still have to finnish!
(Rest Post!+1cha=2 cha)

With a deep breath, he headed back to the rat. He tested his chakra a bit to check he actually had some. The results were positive and away he went. He formed the rat seal and let in chakra. As the chakra flowed, he felt little tiny figgits in the chakra. A sudden jolt blasted out one side, but he pulled it back just in time. He held it there, and payed special attention to that strand of chakra from then on. With a bit more work, he finnished the seal, and released it.

((Fixed))

He continued on with the exercise, feeling that he was starting to get the hand of it. As he teacher congradulated him on his efforts he responded with a polite, "Thank you, sensei" and resumed his work. Forming yet another hand seal, he focussed on expelling chakra from his hands. When a nice amount had been released he molded it as desired, into a scalpal.

Roll: 14 (Pass) CP: 1

As he continued on he was surprised to see yet another student had joined their class, it just seemed to keep growing and growing. He walked over to the new student a waved hello calling out, "Nice to meet you my name is Shin." Without waiting for the response he continued on such that no time was lost in the process.

Roll: 5 (Fail) CP: 0

However it seemed that trying to talk and perform the exercise was a bit too much for him at this stage. He failed not once but twice repeating the exercise, draining him badly. His concentration was torn between getting to know someone new and learning, not the most wise decision.

Rest Post: CP+1

As he leaned on a nearby desk, he though he probably should have waiting until he was feeling down before coming over. These little breaks he had to keep taking were time consuming and quite boring, his time could better be spent elsewhere. Doing other things, like making conversation which he had tried.

Rest Post: CP+1

Learning from foolish mistake, Shin concentrated more on his task than what the other might say. If he missing a reply or too in a conversation, it wasnt too bad. However loosing concentration working could be hazardous. He was satisfid that his next effort went by more smoothly as he was unhindered by other things.

Though not every fault could be blamed on distractions, minor as they could be. Not too soon later, he found himself a bit weak in the knees from improper technique. His molding had gone awry in the making and this time he had actually been concentration on his work. Or at least he though he was, things were a bit hazy on that front.

Roll: 2 (Fail) CP: 1

Regardless of how he had manage to mess up, he did. Nothing could change that now, all there was left was to learn from his mistake. Or at least try to. Shin had a feeling things were going wrong when he felt weak the second time in a row, this time so bad he almost feel off his feet. He needed to be more careful, who knew what damage he was doing to himself.

Roll: 2 (Fail) CP: 0

Again he felt deprived of blood, light headed and he had come to know these spells needed to be dealt with by resting. A little food here, a small nap there were all necessary to keep him going, after some time he could resume but during these spells trying to work only made things worse, much worse. And he needed to get better, not worse.

Rest Post: CP+1

Still seated he leaned his head against the front of his desk and breathed deeply so that he could cram in all the air that could fit in his lungs. He reached into his pocket, moving around a little bit as he searched for something. Finally he found it, and pulled his cookie out of the bag. He nibbled off a small piece and chewed slowly to savor the flavor.

Rest Post: CP+1

When all the taste was gone and even after he sat there until he finally felt he was ready. He rised up, ready for action once more and prepared for failure. Pressing his hands together in a bird seal, he concentrated on pushing out chakra. With the easy part done with he proceeded to mold with his mind, pushing and pulling until the shape a cloud appeared.

Sanabi was glad he'd gotten through the stupid rat seal. He growled at the fact it had taken him so long. I need to be doing better than this, Mom and Dad will never approve of a slip up! His attention then returned to his work, and he concentrated on the horse seal.

This one was strange, it was immensly easy to dirrect. A bit too easy. Where ever you directed your chakra, it shot off in that dirrection like a bullet! He constantly had to check himself, and his chakra from rushing away and leaving his mind and control in the dust. After awhile, he relised that there was a pattern, the chakra rushed out, and he'd have to bring it right back in. Quickly he altered his stratagy, and created a circit, one made of his mental barriers, he placed them, ahead of the chakra, bouncing it all right back in!
(Roll=16=pass=2 cha)

His next to last seal was the dog. He slowly released chakra into it, unsure what posable outcomes it could take. He had mental bariers to each side, and made sure it couldn't fall out of shape. As he allowed more and more chakra into the seal, it suddenly began stealing away his chakra, without his permission!

He was afriad this seal could steal everything if he wasn't carefull, so he quickly pulled his chakra back. THis brought the seal under control, and he was sure it wasn't going anywhere. He had mastered this seal, and he alowed it to dispearce.
(Roll=18=pass=2 cha)

His final seal was the hare. The wild rabit, the trickster of the forrest, this one could only spell danger if it could form letters. Sanabi aproched this one with every posability closed off. His mental barriers blocked off every exit for the chakra. He let the chakra in, and he held it all tightly. And to his surprise, he did it just right! The chakra held in place, and he succeede in his training.

Roll=14 intmod=-1 Total=13 ((Pass))
Jericho read the introduction of the book explaining how Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Fuuinjutsu all require hand seals, which is why it is important to learn them. He learned that by using different combinations of hand seals would trigger different Jutsus. Jericho looked in the directory and looked over the names of the different hand seals and decided to start alphabetically. Bird. After studying the picture and reading the directions of how to maneuver his hands he was soon mirroring the picture with his hands. “This isn’t too bad.” He said kind of quietly so as not to disturb the rest of the class. He continued practicing the hand seal going faster and faster until he felt he had it down pact.

Roll=16 intmod=-1 Total=15 ((Pass))
Skipping forward a few pages he arrived at the Boar. This one seems even easier then the last, he thought to himself. After reading the directions and studying the picture carefully, making sure there wasn’t a trick or something hidden about this hand seal, he gave it a try and quickly succeeded. “Easy” he said to himself. He continued practicing the boar but every now and then would do the bird hand seal to make sure he didn’t forget it.

Roll=6 intmod=-1 Total=5 ((Fail))
He happily skipped forward a few pages seeing the dog hand seal, but feeling cocky passed it and went to the dragon hand seal. After reading the directions and looking at the picture he realized he had no idea how to do it. He pushed his hands together but couldn’t seem to get his wrists in the right place in order to give him enough room to move his fingers correctly. Letting out a sigh he thought to himself, that’s what I get for skipping ahead in the book. He slowly flipped the pages back to the dog hand seal.

Roll=18 intmod=-1 Total=17 ((Pass))
Jericho looked over the dog hand seal, this one seems much easier, he thought to himself. He still read the directions and looked over the picture as he worked his hands to mimic the picture. Soon enough he had completed it and a smile came across his face. That’s more like it. he thought to himself. He continued doing it over and over again increasing his speed and doing bird and boar hand symbols every now and then.

Roll=11 intomod=-1 Total=10 ((Pass))
Moving past the dragon Jericho came across the hair hand seal. This one seems kinda tuff, I cant really make out where each finger is on the picture, I wonder if I can do it. He thought to himself. Once again he read the directions and studied the picture and soon his hands once again perfectly matched the picture. I surprise even myself sometimes. He thought as he began to smile again. He continued doing the hair until it felt like second nature then did the other hand seals he had learned so he would not forget them.

Roll=6 intmod=-1 Total=5 ((Fail))
Turning the next few pages until he made it to the horse hand seal a look of shock came over Jerichos face. No one can move their hands into that position very fast, there is no way. He thought to himself as he slowly tried to get his hand and fingers into those positions. His hands started to hurt and he could not figure it out, the directions were no help to him, and looking at the picture was making his head hurt, he thought it might be best to just move on.

Roll=15 intmod=-1 Total=14 ((Pass))
Next on the list was the monkey hand seal. After looking at the picture Jericho smiled. This one should be easy, he thought to himself. He still read the directions and studied the picture because he didn’t want to miss anything and then gave it a try. After a few seconds he was successful. “Well that was easy.” He accidentally said out loud. He continued practicing that as well as the other hand seals he had learned earlier until he felt comfortable with moving on.

Roll=17 intmod=-1 Total=16 ((Pass))
Moving to the next hand seal, the ox, Jericho got a puzzled look on his face. Which fingers are which he thought to himself. After looking over the directions he slowly moved his hand around while looking at the picture until he finally got the sign right and let out a sigh of relief. He did the seal again and again until it became second nature to him. After figuring the seal out he did it in between the others so he could get better at transitioning between them.

Roll=12 intmod=-1 Total=11 ((Pass))
After getting comfortable with the ox Jericho continued to the Ram. This one confused Jericho for a moment. He had to read the directions a few times before it finally clicked. When he finally understood he felt stupid for not understanding sooner. He quickly did the seal a good ten times trying to go as fast as he could while remaining accurate. After feeling comfortable with the ram he integrated it with the rest of the hand seals he learned.

Roll=2 intmod=-1 Total=1 ((Fail))
Jericho turned the next few pages to the rat hand seal page. He didn’t think it would be too bad, but after reading the directions and trying it, he realized it was much harder then he though. He could not get his fingers to curl like that no mater how hard he tried. I don’t think people can actually do this, he thought to himself. He tried five more times before calling it quits and moving on.

Roll=7 intmod=-1 Total=6 ((Fail))
He turned the page to the serpent page. Only a few more left and I will be done with this exercise, he thought. After studying the serpent he realized how hard it was do. Why cant I do these, what is wrong with my hands! He thought to himself as he was getting more and more frustrated. He figured it would probably be best if he moved on before he ended up ripping the book in half.

Roll=15 intmod=-1 Total=14 ((Pass))
Jericho finally made it to the last seal, the tiger. He took a deep breath before reading the directions and trying to follow along. Before he knew it he had formed the tiger hand seal. He made a celebratory gesture and continued practicing it. He eventually worked the other seven hand seals he had learned into the transition.

Roll=2 intmod=-1 Total=1 ((Fail))
Jericho Backtracked to the Dragon and figured he would start fresh with it and see how things went. He re-read the section explaining how to maneuver your hands and finger and it made since in his head. Doing the task though was something all on its own. He continued to try to do the hand seal over and over again not making much process at all. He decided he would come back to it after doing some of the other hand seals.

Roll=9 intmod=-1 Total=8 ((Fail))
Jericho flipped back to the Horse seal and re-read the directions over and over again hoping that it would suddenly come to him, but nothing did. He just stared at the picture getting frustrated, he tried to just do the hand seal and failed, as he expected. He let out a loud sigh and turned the page.

Roll=17 intmod=-1 Total=16 ((Pass))
Jericho went forward to the Rat hand seal again and studied it over and over again. He flipped through the book to see a few different views of the hand seal. After re-reading the section once more and following along with the instructions he finally figured it out. Huh, turns out my hand can make that shape.

Roll=18 intmod=-1 Total=17 ((Pass))
Next was the serpent, Jericho flipped to that page and rested his head on his hands as he read. He looked over at the picture and almost choked on the spit in his mouth. THAT’S WHAT I HAD SUCH A HARD TIME WITH EARLYER! He thought to himself. He quickly did the hand seal and laughed. He then did the rat and serpent back to back to make sure he could interchange them.

Roll=13 intmod=-1 Total=12 ((Pass))
Alright, back to the dragon again, he thought as he flipped through the book. Looked at the picture and re-re-read the section and practiced doing the symbol with his hands very slowly, eventually he got it. “Finally!” He said out loud. He did all three of his recently learned hand seals together a few times and then added them in with the other eight he knew.

Roll=11 intmod=-1 Total=10 ((Pass))
Alright time for the final one, the horse. Jericho sat there and stared at the book and re-read the section over and over again, and skimmed through the book to find tricks to doing it. Eventually he found a way of doing it and quickly was able to do the horse hand seal. He did it over and over again until it was nothing, then he made sure he could do it with the other eleven hand seals he had just learned.

12/12 learned!

Shin sat crouched on one knee, his breathing coming a little labored. He was paining from his latest failure, the chakra had flowed irregularly. Whether it was his hand sign or something else, all he knew was he had messed up again. Although he still had energy left he was in great pain, too many failures had occurred.

Roll: 2 (Fail) CP: 1

He was sweating and his body was telling him to give up but he would not, he would not succumb to failure. He ran his head across his forehead and slowing regained a standing stance, fighting through the pain. He was not gonna let failure overcome him, not yet. Not until he was done.

Roll: 18 (Pass) CP: 1

He breathed in slowly to steady his hands, the pain of struggle and strife showing in their feeble movements. He breathed out to steady his mind, which pained from repeated performance of the exercise. He repeated the deep breathing for his repeated failures and repeated success hoping the latter exceeded the former.

Roll: 19 (Pass) CP: 1

He moved his legs to a more comfortable position and combed his mind for another seal, another key to unlocking his chakra. He settled on the monkey again for this one just reeked of importance, to him and to his village. He focused his mind, cleared out all things that were not necessary, all things that were unimportant until all that was left was calm. His finger followed the familiar design of the monkey seal and locked rigidly into it.

Roll: 20 (Pass) CP: 1

His concentration and mind focused only on the monkey seal as if it was the only thing that truly existed. He shoved his spirit into it or rather through it for a real world manifestation, and it manifested as chakra. The familiar blue glow hummed around his fingers as he began to work as the potter worked on clay. He imagined a image captured in the chakra, a blade long and pure. He let calm tranquility show him the way as the chakra was not pulled or push but just melded into the shape.

After it was understood what to do for this exercise, Samego felt relieved. Charka was a forte for the Hoshigaki clan, and he was a shinning example of this. Ever since he was young he had a large pool of chakra, but the idea of controlling it was foreign to say the least. But he felt he should give it a try, and with his hands in the ram seal he proceeded to control the flood fo his chakra.
Roll:13-2=11

The exercise was not as hard as he expected it to be, seeing as how he expected nothing from it. He proceeded to mold the his chakra into the most identifiable shape which to him was a great white shark. The image brought a smile to Samego's face since he himself was often compared with such a majestic killing machine by his grandfather. He maintained his ram seal and continued to mold the intense amount of energy that came from within.

It seemed that the amount of energy was to much for the young academy student to mold properly. The shark that he had just recently crafted now began to warp into a unrecognizable mess. And although this was a sign of failure, Samego thought he blurred and disfigured image looked incredibly cool. He shrugged the defeat off and trying the dragon seal began to focus his charka again.

His warped imagination brought to life this time the image of an ogre with viciously large horns and razor sharp teeth. The image was a reminder of the stories his grandfather told him as he and his kin would fall asleep of killer monsters ripping the limbs off of poor villagers. This nostalgic image nearly distracted him so much that he almost broke concentration. But he remained in control, at least for now.

Again it seemed that his overwhelming pool of chakra was his downfall, as he let it swarm over him and break his control of the projection. The ogre's face began to melt, which once again amused the twisted little shark boy. This was begining to annoy and tire Samego, so in silence he vowed to not loose track of how much charka he put in. So with a fresh start he focused his chakra using the tiger seal, hopeful into the shape of something even more morbid.

The ideas for disturbing images practically flooded Samego's mind, until from his aura came the image of a moray eel that began to curl and bend in a nearly tortured motion. It was an interesting, yet seemingly involuntary, choice for Samego to shape something so strangely foreign yet also familiar. He held his handseal, yet tried for a different mor suitable object.

The next carnation of charka appeared in the form of a very detailed kabuki mask with it's teeth finely sharpened to resemble those of a shark and it's eyes purposely devoid of emotion. 'I could get the eel... But how the hell did I come up with this one...' he thought to himself. He again tried to summon a much more relevant depiction of his subconscious.

The last of his easily accomplished images was by far the most abstract. The image of the mask began to meld and curl upon itself and then began to take the shape of a slender, famished coyote. 'Okay, now what the hell is that thing?!' Samego said in confusion of what his brain had cooked up. He quickly erased the image and decided that now as the best time to start from the beginning.
Roll:18-16

Perhaps the idea of starting from scratch was not the best idea for Samego, seeing as how when he started he was well stocked in charka and could rely on it to compensate for his lack of concentration or focus. He tried his hardest to manage another image, but his efforts appeared to be in vein when nothing appeared. He began to become frustrated and deicided that the dragon seal was officially working against him.
Roll:5-2=3

It seemed that even with the change of seals his trials in summoning a projection of his subconscious were showing no fruits. He simply began to grow more and more flustered with each failed attempt that proved nothing but lost energy. He tried and tried again, but nothing happened. A fierce burning hate began to bubble within him, so much so that he was willing to break every bone in his hands just get get a single image to appear.
