((Haha, yeah, I saw that. I suspected something of the sort when they had the prom manga (I think that's the one anyway). Devin was daydreaming about the delivery guy then too.

Brayden nodded, "Well drat then," he murmured, "It always seems like the guy's one step ahead of us at every turn. I just hope we can catch him on the opposite side of the spectrum one day," he sighed.
"I am definitely eager to see your home, though," he smiled to Kaya, taking the prince's hand as the two made their way through the mines. He listened to Kaya's explanation with a slight nod.
"So the castle secret keepers, is that a title only for royalty, or is another title?" Brayden inquired, curious. He found Kaya's home interesting, that much was certain, "Are they like the guardians of the hidden things in the kingdom or something? What does the title entail?" he asked.
"Geez, sorry if it sounds like I'm asking too many questions," he laughed, realizing all the inquiries he was making to Kaya, "In all reality, while I'm really excited about seeing your homeland, I'm kind of anxious at the same time. There's the trouble that you've said was brewing there, as well as the trouble with Lance. Add to the fact that I still haven't figured out how to work my buckler yet, and the anxiousness of meeting my love's family. I guess I'm a bit overwhelmed at the moment," he laughed.
"Just poke me or something if I get to be too much of a bother. I like hearing about your home," he admitted with a smile, "I guess its some subconscious thing, but maybe if I learn a bit more about your culture, it'll help me not to screw up as much when we actually get there," he grinned, nudging Kaya playfully with a laugh.
"Aaaaand now I'm rambling..." he muttered, shaking his head as he halted his barrage for a moment to flush faintly, looking to the wall distractedly. Caliga snickered from behind him, shaking her head. Brayden really could be hopeless sometimes.
The Umbreon looked to Kaya, considering for a moment, before speaking up, knowing that the prince could understand most Pokemon dialects.
"Be patient with him, he can get annoying sometimes," she shrugged, "He's still a bit new to this whole thing. He does have his fair share of inner demons, though," she admitted after a moment's pause.

{{First of all, I'm sorry I disappeared! >.<; My internet was disconnected, and I haven't had a chance to use a library computer or the like because I've been sick. I have bronchitis and some other thing I can't pronounce. xP

Felix had been uncharacteristically quiet through the whole debacle, just following quietly after Vhan. Truthfully, he was more than a bit confused about what was going on, even after the battle was over with, and the explanations had been made. If he had the gist of it right, if he hadn't been sent on his current mission, than he would most likely have been helping the red haired thief with whatever plans his boss was up to. But he wasn't, and even he was appalled at the notion of trying to control the God pokemon, Arceus.
Felix was shaken out of his mood when Gigi started gnawing on his ear. "Stop it!" he hissed at her. She gave one lat bite to be contrary, but she did stop. After her recent bout of kidnapping, Gigi had raced up to where she was currently perched on Felix's shoulder, where she had preceded to give him crap for letting her be stolen in the first place.

Chloe smiled, watching Kaya and Brayden dash off, as she sat on one of the rocks in the mines. Figuring the two would prefer some alone time for the time being, she remained with the others. Although she had to smile at the exchange between Lilie and Rose.

Chloe couldn't help but laugh at Julian's comment, "Guess you're right," she laughed with a wink, "Guess I'll have to get used to them wandering off to be together every once in a while." It wasn't in bad taste, though. She really was glad for Kaya and Brayden, they made a good pair.
"You're right, about Rose and Lilie too," she laughed, watching the pair. Lilie was trying to dance her way out of the vine's path, skipping along the floor with a wide grin. She dashed to the left, trying to avoid Rose's vines.

He cracked his neckand tensed his legs before making a leap into the air, like a strike. He went up about 5 feet and grabbed onto the side of the wall before climbing a bit. He reached a small notch in the wall of the cave and moved his body into it so that he could lay in it comfortably. "Rose seems to have become quite attatched indeed." He chuckled. Rose continued to play with Lilie, her vines chasing the pokemon agiley as leaves began to seep from the flower on her back and chase the pokemon as well.

Almost on cue, Chloe hit her foot on a hard chunk of metal half-concealed in the packed dirt of the mine floor. Stumbling, Chloe managed to catch herself before landing face first in the dirt. The action earned a snicker from Entreri. There was no way he'd ever allow himself to be that clumsy.
Chloe knelt, brushing away the dirt a bit, brightening as she realized that it was indeed a Metal Coat.
"Alright, now I can evolve my Onix," she smiled, wiping off the hard ore before plopping it in her bag.
She didn't have much time to celebrate her victory, though, as a screech from above had Chloe skittering out of the way as a Golbat struck.

"Geez, bats and snakes," Chloe sighed, "Well, at least with my luck I didn't find a Steelix right after finally finding a Metal Coat," she laughed, summoning Saku before her. The Golbat dove again, but Saku was quicker than the bat's fangs, landing a Zen Headbutt that had the Golbat reeling. The bat screeched, using an Astonish as a wave of energy engulfed Saku, however the Shelgon wasn't phased too much. She finished off the Golbat with another Zen Headbutt, then returned to Chloe, who grinned.
"Thanks again," she offered with a smile, returning the Shelgon to her Pokeball as she stood, stretching.
Lilie sighed, looks like playtime was over. Ah well. She trotted to catch up with Chloe, who picked up the Chikorita as she looked back to where Entreri was. The Weavile shrugged, scurrying to catch up, as Chloe trailed along behind Julian.
"So did you want to meet up with us again before we head to Kaya's home?" she asked Julian, catching up to the Arbok hybrid after a minute.

Rose caught up to Julian and gave him a hurt look before rubbing her head against his leg. "I'm sorry girl." he sighed as he patted her head and returned nezumi and Rose to their pokeballs.

"Sorry I put you in your ball only to send you back out." He laughed. nezumi rolled her eyes before sending a bolt of lightening at the Golbat. The Golbat countered by clamping it's teeth onto Nezumi with a bite. Nezumi's eyes flared as Static erupted from her cheeks and the Golbat fell away with the shock. Nezumi sauntered over to Julian and he thanked her before returning her to her pokeball. Julian turned to see Chloe "Coming?" he asked with a smile, the cave exit nearby.

"Yup, right behind ya," Chloe grinned, catching up to Julian as they retraced their path back to the surface. She had to admit she was very glad to have the chance to get back outside. While the mines were interesting, she preferred wide open beaches over abandoned mine shafts any day.
