Leeza watched the skies and the stars for a long time after Jami had closed his eyes, her fingers caressing the silver ring hanging around her neck. She wondered what she would do. She was not one to open up to people really, but with Jami she told him more than she had told anyone in a long time. There were some things she didn't like but perhaps it could work out. Him becoming her apprentice...it could be possible....

Jami awoke in the dim hours of the grey morning. Yawning, he picked some soft fruit which would hold them for a few hours until they could get some actual food. He ate his slowly, leaving the rest out for Leeza, and sighed.

Leeza had eventually fallen asleep and now as the skies were becoming brighter she stirred. She woke yo see Jami sitting there eating. She sat up a blinked a few times, it was brighter than what she usually woke to. She yawned pulling her hand through her hair out of habit.

Jami turned and nodded to Leeza when he saw her awake. He nodded to the fruit beside her and, finishing his, started to look up their position on Deenine's map. "We're about six kilometers away. We should reach there in half an hour or so."

she stood with a piece of fruit in hand "That's good" She nodded, stretching then taking a bite out of the fruit. "hopefully we can get in contact with this friend of yours, eh?"

"I'd like that. I haven't seen Rayce in... almost a year, actually. If we can't find him here, then I guess we could go back to the Academy for a while. I'd like to get started on Jedi training a bit, if only to enable me to use a weapon again." He mounted his steed, checking the winds.

She shook her head at mention of using the jedi weapon once more as she mounted. "You don't know for certain that he's here...maybe we can at least find some clue as to where he might be anyway."

"Well then, my parents would be our best bet." He paused for a moment, then took off, as if trying to forget about the encounter he would have to go through with his parents. Half an hour later, he was standing outside the door of a small dome, conflicting emotions roiling through his head. A slver-haired man and a dark-haired woman could be seen inside through one of the viewports. ((I'll be back at about 8:20c.))

((Okay)) Leeza stood just behind him to the side "Are you alright?" it was now her turn to ask. He seem conflicted, that was certain. She waited for his reply.

Norras ElladanKenet Norras RoonPeren push the right button to jam there signal then he use a pulsating sensor, slower to give information around them but at least it was harder to found the signal. Two minutes later, he received the data of there surroundings. There was no one around them until a mile from the pirate base. Peren tought that it would take at least 5 days for representative of the Sullust gouvernement, surely soldiers, to come here. He also know that they had took prisonnier with them on there last attack. They had to go release them. Eldin, the surroundings are secure up to a mile from there base. I forgot to tell you that they have took prisonniers with them on there last attack. We must go release them because Sullust won`t be here before 5 days. Plenty of time for the pirates to send them away in slavery, or to kill them. Eldin nodded. "Standard rescue-op equiptment, or do we bring recconaisance gear as well?"Peren opened the copit and jump out of the starfighter. Take the recon gear, we might need it. While we will walk, we hould be careful to not be seen by the sensors. The padawan strapped on the extra cable and communicator, then the air-mask. "Ok, let's go." He jumped out and followed Peren.

Ansion
Jami turned and shook his head. "I'm... not on good terms with my parents. Especially my father." He sighed and shook his head. "If you couldn't guess, I'm half Echani; human mother, Echani father. The silver in my hair is proof of my Echani heritage. However, there is a trait that shows me to have human blood as well. All pure Echanis have silver hair. I , on the other hand...." He turned his head slightly, showing the silver lock that ran through the right side of his dirty blond hair, starting just below his bangs, slicing across his temple, and ending about halfway through the right side of his hair, where a cowlick would be if he had long enough hair; as it was, his hair was in military fasion, medium-short on top, crew cut on the sides and back.

"Well, you might as well get it over iwth quickly then, don't you think?" She urged. She didn't really know what it was like. Her mother barely knew she was coming and going after her father was gone...

Jami nodded and took a deep breath. He pushed open the door of the small settlement and slipped in quietly. The silver-haired man, who was near the door, drew a vibroblade and held it to Jami's throat, then lowered it when he saw who it was. "Jami." He then turned to Leeza. "Who might you be?" He said this in a somewhat warmer tone.

"Leeza Andrino" She bowed slightly to Jami's father. She particularly didn't want to push his buttons just yet, so she would try and act polite. Another thing she was still working on.

"Welcome. I am Jann Hailon, and this is my wife, Nomi." The dark haired woman nodded and smiled. "Care for a seat?" He motioned to a seat for her, acting as if Jami wasn't there. Keeping a firm hold on his anger, Jami slipped into one of the unoccupied seats.
