"Gage." she replied softly, nuzzling against him for comfort herself. She appreciated his warmth and comfort very much and would stay in his arms gladly for as long as he wished to hold her. "Can I do anything for you?" she asked quietly.

"Aye, Gage. I kinda feel like I've thrown a newborn into a lion's den though..." He said, a nervous chuckle escaping his lips. At her next question he was about to answer no, but suddenly remembered something. "Actually, yes. I need you to heal my left arm." He said as he set her down on his bed. He then began to take off his shirt.

"That you have." she said softly. Inhaling deeply, she pondered if it was inappropriate for her to confirm such a thing. However .. it was not truly her burden to bear nor was it for Reeve .. Neither Gage nor Skye would likely appreciate what was agreed upon. Only time would tell what they would consider doing going forward .. but those were things to ponder later. Reeve did need her, this made her happy.
Sitting next to him on his bed, she looked at his arm with a small smile, wondering what had happened. "I will do my best .. without supplies nor ability to use magic, I am unsure what use I might be. You did not mention an injury, what has happened? Training with Twilight?" she asked softly, her eyes darting from his arm to his eyes and back again.

He sighed slightly at her confirmation. "Such an act will teach Skyeheart a lesson though. It was foolish of him to try and gain apology from people who were not even part of the problem." As he spoke he continued to take off his shirt, eventally pulling it off.
"No, it was not training with Twilight." He said with a smile as he kissed her for a moment. Finally he pulled away and began to search for something under his bed. "Remember how I made my arm from rock and root? Well, the root is trying to make a new home in my arm... and it is becoming quite uncomfortable." He pulled out a first aid kit and set it on the bed next to her. Although he had given her the kit he still continued to look under his bed for something. "I need you to bandage and disinfect my arm, then I need you to help me replace the artificial limb." Finally, after just a bit more searching, Reevis pulled out what seemed to be a human arm. It was exactly a mirror image of his other arm, and the only thing that showed it was made from metal was the part that had to attach to his stump.

She smiled and nodded her head. When they kissed, she smiled more brightly but said nothing as he continues. Opening the kit when he set it near to her she examined the contents, not quite knowing what to do with what was there. Quickly she read the lables so she could be prepared. "A .. machine as a limb?"

"Aye, a machine as a limb. It won't try to grow into my arm, nor will it drain energy to keep it attached." He smiled to her, then walked to his bathroom. he closed the door so that Ziven would not see, then grabbed the upper part of his left arm and began to pull. His face showed no emotion as he did so, and the sound of straining wood could be heard. Finally there was a loud cracking sound. Opening the door again, Reevis' hand and left stump were a bloody mess. The wooden limb was left on the counter in his bathroom, obvious roots covered in blood stretching out.
Sitting next to her, he sighed. "Time to get to work I guess... Sorry to make you do this."

"It is an honor to help you. I would much rather be here to help you than to know you were to try to do this alone." she said softly as she set to work. Her eyes shown her concern as she did, this looked utterly painful and the knowledge that he felt little or no pain did not bring her any comfort. She worked as swiftly as she could, washing away any signs of infection, using what she could to help insure it would not have a chance to set in. She looked to his eyes from time to time, just to make sure he was alright and nothing she was doing was hurting him. Several times, she inhaled deeply, steadying her hands which were threatening to shake from nerves of this delicate situation. "What is needed to attach the machine?" she asked uncertainly as she had no idea how this would work.

He watched with a smile as she tended to his wounds, glad to know that she was so willing to help him. Every time she looked at him he smiled a bit more and gave her a reassuring nod. Once she finished he kissed her cheek and spoke. "You did wonderfully, thank you."
As soon as he said that he stood in front of her and took the artificial arm in his other hand. He held the connector part to his stump and braced for some kind of impact. "There is a button inside the palm of the hand, just press it and the arm will attach." He gave her a small smile and nod as he waited for her to hit the button.

Blue eyes looked to him with concern. Something in her gut said this would be painful to him. With a nod, she did as he asked. Gently pressing the palm of the mecha arm, she kept close yet did not touch him as this process went forward.

As she thought, this would be very painful. As soon as the button was pressed a spike from the false arm shot into the stump. Many small wires were fired from the sides of the spike at attached to the nerve endings of what was left of his arm, some were shot even further and attached to his spine directly. He fell to his knees as this process happened, small amounts of blood trailing along his side.
After several moments the process ended, the final phase began. The top of the false arm, where the spike had entered his arm, began to heat up extremely fast. After a few seconds it had burned the hole shut around it, stopping the bleeding. Reevis could not move his fingers yet, but as he looked at where the machine met his arm he smiled. It was so well connected to his arm that there was no gap between the man and the machine. All that it looked like was a scar than went around his arm. "Well... that went rather smoothly."

Gage soared down through the open top of the volcano, his massive wings letting him glide straight down to the training ground. There he saw Skyeheart and snarled. As he met the ground with his feet, his wings folded upon him and the ground crunched beneath his weight. He looked at the boy and encircled him. "So you want train to learn how to use powers which you stole? You disgrace the dragons so?" Gage wore a scarlet long sleeved shirt, black pants, and black boots. His tail moved behind him... Waiting... He then returned to Skyeheart's front and then stepped back, his face blank and emotionless. "Place all of your weapons on the ground in front of you. Along with all of your armor. Until then your training will not commence." Gage was not a thief. But This boy relied way too much on material items and on his body. He would give them back after the training.

For some odd reason, Skyeheart had actually been expecting Gage.
"I seek to learn so as to earn their right and redeem myself," Skyeheart replied. He was already unarmed at Reeve's request.
"The reason I'm here is to avoid dishonor, not that you would consider me respectable even if I earn their right."

She watched in silent concern, practically feeling sympathy pain as she watched this unfold. Falling to her knees as he had, she gently touched his face with one hand and his right shoulder with the other. Blue eyes looked in to his with great concern. When he spoke again, she gave a small smile. "All is well?" she asked softly, hoping he was feeling fine after all this. There was nothing else to do than clean his blood from .. everywhere.
(Ooc: Reeve asked Skye to get nekked and wear robes provided down there heart )

Gage had a large amount of compassion, mercy and patience... For women and children. "Place all of your weapons and armor before yourself. Any other items you may possess as well. Then we will begin. Do not make me repeat myself again." Gage waited for him to obey him. Though he hated this scum, he would still follow the rules of training. One rule was that one was to only have to repeat them selves once before forcing the trainee into obeying. ((I know that. But Reeve only told him to go there, strip off the armor, don the robs and await training. I'm telling him to bring them forth. I am the trainer. Reeve and have already spoken upon this matter.))

"Aye, all is well." Reevis said with a smile as he looked at her. Looking around the room for a moment her then sighed and stood up. He kissed Ziven lightly, making sure not to get blood on her, then went back to the bathroom. "I need to clean up this blood... make yourself comfortable." He said to her as he turned on the sink and got a rag wet. he then walked back to his room and started to clean off the blood from the floor.
