Because of the stereotype in cartoons that shows pirates as generally barbaric.

machine of life vincent Yeah, to bad I can't celebrate no pants day in school. XD Oh I made a discovery about the wearing of pants. You can walk in a no shoe, no shirt, no service place with no pants and they still have to serve you. I still need to test this theory. Testing my "No Pants" theory would be quite hilarious. XD
