Jamie smiled and retrieved the mentioned key, letting himself into the building. He quickly darted upstairs and set his bag on the bed he had been given, before running downstairs. spent a few moments looking for the room Kyrin had asked him to, and found the room that looked right. He was pretty sure it was. He didn't exactly know his way around the mansion yet, though it was to be his new home. He peeked into the room, finding Kyrin inside and smiling to her. "Hello? You called for me?" He asked quietly.

“The hell!?” Kyrin was slowly losing her temper, “You were on my property, you put a knife to my leg and threatened me. Then you pointed a gun at me! And I’m the one who started this!?” Taking in a breath she started on again, “And how dare you insult my father’s men!” Let go of Izzy’s hand and pushed her lightly to one of her father’s men so she would be safe, and stepped fully into the room, She opened her mouth to go on when James had stepped in, turning to him, she took a deep breath and calmed visibly with his presense. “I need you.” She said, as calmly as she could manage.

Draven chose not to speak as he observed the temperamental woman with unease, he noted slightly that Kyrin could rely on that new person entering the room, he wasn’t to sure about it and decided to play it safe, appealing to both people instead of just the apparent leader, “I’m sorry, I didn’t know they were borrowed”, his voice took a change for the better, it was simply playful now, as if life didn’t matter to him, “So please, Miss, can we get the unpleasantness over with? I never meant any harm and as far as I know, I was never standing on your property, I was on the street”

"You didn't mean any harm when you put your knife to my leg and threatend me?" Kyrin scoffed, "Somehow that seems like it could be a lie." Looking to Draven again, she said, "Why did you start trouble outside? Its a simple question, just answer it."

"Do you now?" James raised one eyebrow. He had often been told he was needed, but never by a female and never under these circumstances, so he was slightly taken aback. He looked at the man, skeptical, and sized him up. He was significantly bigger than James, but he was also trapped, which gave James at least a small bit of an edge. "Yes. You stabbed her and meant no harm? Please explain this." He had no mailce, no teasing in his voice. It was an honest question, something he didn't understand and wanted to, at least a little bit.

“I felt threatened. I was taught that everyone and anyone is dangerous, I was obviously right, you were armed. You approached me” Draven’s kind attitude stayed but it was quite hard to keep the wry smile on his face, he hated confrontation and avoided it like plague, “I did no permanent damage. I submitted and lay down my arms, it was you who continued this, not I”, Draven’s faced could no longer hold the smirk and shifted to an emotionless rage.Draven looked at James and gave a wistful smile, "Ah, you've been misinformed, I stabbed no one".
Draven suddenly remembered about Daren and hatred glinted in his eyes, “What have you done with Daren!”

"But you did put a knife to her, did you not?" He asked, still calm. The man wasn't being threatening, but if Kyrin thought she needed him, James was going to stay on his edge. He owed the girl a lot, giving him a home and a chance, and he felt the need to defend her if he was asked to, and he had been, the way he saw it. Still, he looked to Kyrin for news of this man's friend.

“I approached you, but I did not in any way move in a threatening way towards you. You took a threatening step towards me and Bella stepped up. You put a knife to me. I hadn’t done anything to you! And I put my gun down!" Kyrin had completely lost her cool, she walked up to Draven and stood a foot away from him, looking down on him as he sat on her couch, “Wouldn’t you like to know.” She said in a cold tone. She would have told him his friend was fine if he wasn’t being a jerk to her; she had her pride, just as he did.

Draven calmed instantly in the face of Kyrin’s anger, he simple stood and pushed her slightly out of the way and looked to James, “you seem like a perfectly rational person, so from now on, I’ll speak with you”, he said a wry smile on his face, he knew that his actions were obviously disrespectful, but it was better for him to do that then strike out at Kyrin, “As you heard, I did take a step forward, my back was to a wall, I was simply trying to make her leave, obviously looking back, that was a bad decision, the second attempt with a knife, was also a scare tactic. I couldn’t bring myself to harm a young lady”, his voice was calm now, showing no hint of anger, or the sudden emptiness that he felt, Draven fully not Daren dead and the thought scared him.

James nodded. He turned quickly, speaking softly to Kyrin. "Calm? Please?" He turned again to Draven. "I hardly know you, and she is my friend, so I am tempted to more listen to her than to you." He looked to Kyrin. "Did he move in self defense, or did he attack you? I don't know, I wasn't there," He looked to Draven, "You seem a little argumentative, though. And you are the one being held here, so I really don't know how good of an idea that is." He was completely calm, and even friendly, still.

As James told her to be calm, Kyrin sighed and took a deep breath. James was the only person, other then Craig, that could completely clam Kyrin down simply by suggesting it. “I saw him outside and went over to talk to him. He was already leaning against a wall, so he was in no way backed there. I pulled no weapon before he became threatening. Then Bella moved to protect me and he pulled a knife on me, the person who didn’t have a weapon out at him.” She walked over to stand next to James, “I don’t see it as self defense, I wasn’t being threatening.”

Daren looked to the man standing at the doorway and smiled in a friendly manner, his posture relaxed but proud and confident; as if his current 'vulnerability' didn't affect him as it would most men. "So... May I ask your name? Spark a lighthearted small talk conversation with you... Or are you not to speak with me?" He asked in a polite tone, cocking a brow as he waited for, but didn't expect much of a response, let alone a response at all.

Lily remembered another's blood...shaking her head as fleeting images of a car, blood, a man? or was it a boy. Lily back stepped into the hall whoever bled, bled more as time went. The scary thing was there was no spec of blood on the table. Blood....pooling.....falling... "No."Lily whispered avoiding the blood on the floor as well. That's when she heard voices and not daring to look at the blood again she went towards them slowly. Only to spot big men with their big boots she had seen earlier standing outside the doorway. Kyrin, Izzy and two people she didn't know were inside having a 'pleasant' conversation. I'd better wait out here.Lily hung back showing the big men show was no threat as she'd hate to feel their boot on her chest!

“You know what, I don’t have time for idle arguments, we are both at fault, you know that as well as I”, Draven said looking back at Kyrin for a moment, then positioning himself by the heater again, he could still feel the bitter cold his body had almost chased away, “I would love to say sorry, but I know that it will have little affect in the decision you make. All I care about is that the girl is safe, and apparently getting better.” The large man turned his back to them, his muscled back appearing more corded as be brought both of his hands down onto the heater, it was burning hot but Draven felt the pain might help him think a bit clearer.

James turned to Draven. "I'm more inclined to believe my friend, but this discussion is really going nowhere right now. I wasn't there, my friend was hurt. You know I'm going to be mildly annoyed, to say the least, with the one who hurt her. But differences aside, I think you're going to have to plead with Kyrin for any mercy in this situation." He looked to Kyrin, waiting for her reply.
