She smirked slightly, not letting him see and turned to face him. Her face was completely straight. "What?" She asked, her words showing curiosity rather than bitterness.

he went into his pocket and pulled out a potion. "here is the potion that I was going to use to heal my knee but I wanted to talk to you about using it first." he said looking at her.

"Dan, I honestly don't care what you do. You're a big boy, you can make decisions for yourself, and although I may not always be happy with your decision. I'll always stand by you in your decisions, because I trust you and I love you." She said, not sounding enthusiastic, but she did sound sincere.

"I love you too and that's why I wanted to talk to you about using the potion." he said looking at her. "I know i'll mess up and I know I will make decisions that you won't like but something like this I really want your input on if I should use the potion or not." he said looking at her with a concerned look on his face.

"It's not my injury, so it's not my decision." She said, putting her coat and cell phone down and sitting next to him. She wrapped her arms around him. "You know what your knee can take and what it can't, I can't tell you how to make yourself feel better." She laying her head on his shoulder.
