Kayako walked over and handed Medri the little orb, staring at it. Xellien just had to make everything difficult, didn't he? The idiot was probably stalling so he wouldn't have to remove the drives from his 'precious experiments'...It was really sickening.
"Hey....Asuka, right? Take this up to Rainy, she seems...mopy."
She handed the red-head a loaf of bread she'd swiped from Medri. Now, WHY on earth a loaf of bread was supposed to cheer her up was beyond everyone, but why the hell not?
Confused, Asuka went over and knocked on Eden, trying to get the attention of the pilot.

Rain had been sitting in a sort of fetal position. She had her legs drawn against her with her arms holding them. She looked up at Asuka when she came raping on her chamber door.
Wondering what she wanted, she opened the hatch for her. "Yes?" she asked. "What is it?"

"Thank yousss." Medri wasted no timei n pulgging his cords into the orb and his fingers where typing away to break the basic codes on the outside. "THis thing ain't gunna go boom when I break the last code is it?"

Asuka held out the loaf of bread at Rain.
"Kayako said to give you this. I....have no idea why."
She was starting to feel really stupid. Not only had she just deliver a damned peice of bread but.....WHY did she just deliver a peice of bread?! That Kayako didn't make sense...
"Hell if I know what it does!"
Kayako watched Medri fiddle with Xellien's little device. Now she was wearing headphones, and what looked like a bandit mask. Apparently, this was 'Just in case'......

Medri placed the orb on the ground infron of the LFO, the cords till on of course. " Safety first ya know, I don't want this blowing up in my face the second I turn it on."
He started an auto hack progam that would take some time but it almost never failed to break into unwatched items like this one that did not have a human to re prgoam it mid hack. He walked close to Kayako, and bent over a bit so only she could hear what he was saying. "what this foundation ASuka told me about? She said that you where there with that Anemone girl?"
He was not trying to be rude but he wanted to learn about Asuka, and the fact he had no idea how to confront her casue she didn't seem to have very high conversation skills.

Rain looked at her a bit curiously. "Umm... ok..?" she said, taking the bread. "Thank you," she said, bowing her head a little. Sitting there, Asuka's existence was beginning to nag at her.
"I've seen you at the Foundation... haven't I?" she asked her. Hoping she was right.

It was pretty blunt, but Asuka had no other way of saying it.
Kayako stared at Medri for a moment where they stood, then looked down.
"The Novak Foundation. I was an experiment there, like Asuka, Rain, and Anemone. They make them there....Etremely gifted pilots, all infused with the dna of something called a 'corallian'. The kids all have no memories of who they are....and alot of them feel devoted to Dewey, because he 'created' them. It's a butcher shop with a innocent front, that's what it is!"

((Soo... lemme get this straight. If all of the kiddies there are infused with the DNA... Does that mean Rain has it, too? o_O`))
Rain simply nodded her head. "And you're..." she said, but nothing came to mind. She had only seen the girl but a few times during her year long and plus stay there. She knew nothing of her, or any of the other kids, in fact. Except, of course, some of the ones she shared a room with.

HE had no idea what to say... he just straigh and spat on the ground, not at Kayako's feet mind oyu he did so away from her. "Thank you." Now he really Hated Dewey, testing and Experiments on humans was wrong! "I am glad you and rain ran away then, once again I thank you." with them new knowledge he knew that he could not let Asuak never go back to the army, to Dewey. He looked over at this girl he hadn ot meet that long ago and putting hish ands into his pockets started to walk towards her.

(((She'd know if she did. They have to infuse it...so unless they took her to a room and did it, no. She probably escaped just in time...they must've wanted to if they made her Eden! O___o;; )))

"Everyone knew you though. The Ageha squad disliked you....when they were alone in the halls they screamed when Dewey made you Eden.."

((Maaan, I was kidding!! And just because one gets pumped up with BLOOD doesn't mean they have to go crazy-go-nuts. Yeesh. razz ))
Rain listened to her as she told her about their reaction. "I'm glad I got out of there when I did," she said calmly. "I'd hate to be apart of that retched group."
She hugged her legs a bit closer to her and rested her chin on her knees. She thought back to each and every time the Squad tortured her. Those events are something she can and will never forget.

Medri listened to what was being said... it would appear fate has dropped him smack in middle of a 'family reunion' so to speak. He sighed hoping Asuka at least heard what he said then he went over to sit with Jenny... some of the comments she had been making bugged him a little.
