Seeing that the bat was going to be divebombing him, he thought about his choices. There weren't that many. Joy. Sighing, he crossed his arms above his face and worked on blocking. He hoped his defense would hold against a bat. He would not be shamed this way, damn it!

*Jack did a highball jump then when he felt he had just about reached the highest point he was going to performed a decent spin kick at the monster. As he started his descent he backflipped away as soon as he feet touched the ground so he would not be close enough to hit he thought*

I rolled 6,5 so Blanche dodges, no damage taken
2nd Bat:
I rolled a 1, no Crit
This bat does 13+20 for 33 damage
Fei blocks for 15+16 for 31, taking 2 dam, LIFE = 348
Gargoyle:
I rolled a 1, no Crit
The gargoyle does 35+32 for 67 damage.
Athena rolls 6,6,4, 3, 2 so she's well able to dodge as well..

Athena flies up and then swerves towards the back side of the gargoyle while Joe distracts it, letting go of the energy she had mustered. "Light of the Soul!"

Eros watches Athena dodge then let loose a formidable energy attack. He pulls an arrow kisses it and lets it fly towrds the Gargoyle hoping it would get "Love Struck"

Frowning at having to almost get hit by something as lame as a bat, he decided it was time to get a bit serious. Fixing his arm with the drill, he made sure it still worked, watching it whirl a few times with an evil glint in his eyes. Kukukukuku... this was so gonna kick a**. Leaping into the air again, he got close to it and started to get the drill bit working. Once it was going full blast, he aimed for its head. Playtime was over, rat.

Blanche grinned and grabbed Fei's hand and drags him over to the rest of the angels. "Let's get this battle over with." Blanche jumps up and starts high kicking the gargoyle in the face.

While the Gargoyle seemed a bit dazed Eros flies over to hit the gargolyle in the leg with his bow hoping to unbalance the creature. He makes sure not to get in the way of Athena's and Blanche's attacks.

The last thing he expected was to be grabbed and then tugged off towards the others, his eyes rather big and swirled as he allowed this to happen. WHat else could he do? She was already dragging him! "Sounds good to me.." once ya let go, of course. No offense.. Once he could stand on his own two feet, he looked at the gargoyle and then worked on getting his drill bit to work. After such an awesome attack, he should try it again, yes? It took a few tries because it didn't wish to respond. "..... You're shaming me.." Silently weeps before it comes to life with a loud whirrr. "Yuush! Now were talking!" He then went in for the attack.
