Aku continued along his walk, fanning his wings a bit to unstiffen the joints. They weren't used to being so unused. He didn't walk much before he had run across this mare. And now, it seemed his feet were always on the ground now, instead of rarely. Though, a comforting thought was that this was building his leg muscles, so that if/when he got into a fight with another, he could hit them harder now. But still.... Damned slow-paced mare. I'm sure a rock could bounce faster then the pace she is currently picking. I didn't even know any of her kind could move so slowly!You doing alright? Don't need a break or anything? he called back cheerfully as he scrambled over a ledge of rock.
