5ilver 5treak ((Does the phone actually work?)) Bobby reported the multi-structure fire, with injuries requiring medical attention and probable fatalities to the dispatcher.
((Yeah.))
She closed her eyes, unable to focus on him. At least not when they were so close to people suffering from such high powered emotions and at the hunger state she was in. She closed her eyes and took in another deep breath. This time sucking the energy just from the injured and in pain civilians.

Aly arrived on the scene, dodging falling pieces of flaming building parts and avoiding the stream of screaming people running past; some of those people were on fire themselves. She had seen things like these in her past and it didn't scare her, but the intensity of light coming from the heart of the flames did startle her. She could see an aura coming from the middle of the chaos which told her that a super was responsible for this destruction. She could guess that he was feeling mighty angry since his aura was flashing and blazing just as much as the fire surrounding. She recalled seeing that aura somewhere before, was it at PSHQ? Yeah, it was one of the cops. Yet... it was different this time. The aura had changed? She was unsure and tried to make her way towards the center without being noticed. As she made her way, she noticed Bobby and Charlotte, but only noticed them because of their auras. She paused, watching them.
[10:5:50] <-- ((Um... I think my life points are supposed to be less because Charlotte was draining me in the Union City thread? I don't know how that works... how much should I take off?))

Having Left Arch at the library and safe and having followed the smoke trails, he now came upon the scene of the burning buildings and looked around wondering what happened. ".....Someone strong is behind this." He told himself looking around and then with out another word, clentches his fists and shifts in the blink of an eye letting out a roar and soaring into the center building where he had a small instinct that the source was there and wanted to find any survivors.
((And since Im in dragon form do I take fire on my scales I mean....they would make me kinda alot of fire resistant wouldnt they?))

((not from the fire on the buildings, but direct attacks from someone using powers, yes.))
Amid the groups of supers, some of the civilians started assisting where they could. What started out as fear, soon became cooperation as they worked together to help the injured and put out the fires.
Liuetenant Carter was among them, doing what he could, and acknowledging the support of the supers.

Eulalia Danae Alloran Shanra Alloran ignores her, unable to actually light her on fire, given his MP restriction, so he continues to race along with the slaughter. ((@MF ^-^Aw, thanks Miff, although I have to wear this one for a little while...as I made another bet with Liko xp ....apparantly he says I have trouble staying in one outfit for an extended period of time. ninja )) When he didn't stop, Ruby took the only option she had left. She bit her thumb. Blood beaded out and quickly coated her fist in a bright red shell, harder than steel. She took a swing at Alloran. making sure to hold back to some extent. (--a held back attack to take out only 5LP, or just enough to knock him out, ). (4)

Genghis looks around at the burning buildings. 'Hmm, this would be a good oppurtunity for looting.' He thinks, before proceeding to loot stuff.

His focus waned as his vision began to black out. He started to fall, but cought himself on his sword. If he was going out, it was going to be big. The concrete around him ruptured, erupting into massive pillars of flame and burning rock, leaping up to the skys. The temperature rose around him, and the nearby buildings lit up. The gas main under a nearby building was ruptured, exploding, sending fire and rubble all throughout the city. The collumns around him spread out, lighting up the night sky, covering everything in a red glow. Alloran fell to his sword, leaning on it for support. His green eyes showed nothing but unbridled hatred and rage as he passed out.

Anc waited until Ruby left, and hastily collected Alloran, taking care not to run the Eldon through with the bent rebar Anc hand wrapped around the his lower right arm as a make-shift spear.
