i play most of the low brass instriments: baritone, concert tuba, sousaphone, trombone wait is that all of them i just feel like im missing one but oh well

I switched to baritone from sousaphone for marching band. And let me just say, it's so much better. *nods*

I played Euphonium for 10 years in band. Starting in 6th grade, joining marching band in 9th- and marching through Junior year of college with one of the best damn college bands in the world! The University of Tennessee Pride of the Southland Band. Those were the best three years ever. How I miss it..

I am a low brass girl, started out as trumpet (not really low brass but whatever) and then we needed baritones (barelytones xd ) so i played that for a year then i tried trombone cause it seemed fun......and its the love of my life! heart
i had my first band camp during summer, boy was it crazy....... rofl

Just had my first competition. Qualified for stae......I'm goin to the OMEA State Marching Band finals.
I can't belive it, My entire competition band is mostly made up of Freshman to(including me) we have like one senior whos my section leader....Low brass is awesome. Our only tuba player decided to fall down the stairs though after our first competiton and we have another this Saturday....

I used to play trumpet then moved to baritone. They needed more people cause everyone was quitting from that section. gonk But now that I have played I shall never go back to trumpet blaugh Anyway I am section leader.. My section has no Sousaphone crying two baritones and four trombones in our section, but only two of thosecan play.. Okay I am honestly asking this... Is it hard to play trombone? I mean no sarcasm either I am genuinely curious...

Haha. It was windy during practice today. I remember dreading windy days as a sousaphone. I think someone fell over last year from the wind. Haha. Big metal kites.

well i play ummm the baritone/euphonium, the tuba, sousaphone if that counts, bass clarenet, bassoon, trombone,barisax basically all the low brass and alot of high brass too.

I mean no sarcasm either I am genuinely curious... Ha. I started off with trombone. I sucked at it. You just gotta be able to easily coordinate slide possitions and still remember to play. Trombones do it in seven positions. <3
