Lanzer After the initial checking, it looks like there had been more than 80 million gold created due to the bug, with hundreds of accounts accumulated more than 20,000 gold. There are simply too many accounts to be reversed by hand. At the same time, the bug only happened to half the users on Gaia, meaning that if we do not perform a rollback, half the users would be richer than the other half by millions of gold, and that is simply unfair. A rollback is being prepared right now, and in a short moment, Gaia will be down while the rollback take place. User accounts will be restored to their state on May 9th. Other parts of Gaia such as the forums or art arena will not be affected by the rollback. Compensation to all users is being calculated and the gold / items will be granted shortly after the rollback is complete. Once again, I'm very sorry for having to do this to everyone. Appropriate measures will be done to prevent anything similar from happening in the future. well, that would be it I believe ^^

here's the thing.
what it all boils down to.
I've known him since 3rd grade.
15 years.
and he IS my best friend.
i've known her for 5 months.
And she is good to me and mine.
so i fixed it.
i told him i was gonna tell her. tell the girl he says he loves. and that i know loves him.
he was drunk. he got mad.
he tried to hit me.
i broke his wrist.
and now everything is fine.
cause now he knows that if he DOES want to try and stop me with violence then i can hurt him alot worse than he can hurt me.
and he told her.
and their sorting it out.
oh.. and Pepto helps alot.

You know, we all have our favorite movies that we get all nostalgic over. I am no different. I just watched one of my all time favorite movies, Pump up the Volume. Such a well writen movie. It is the epitome of youth and highschool confusion, self lothing and needing to belong. As I am sure it was intentionally writen for people to be able to relate to christian slater as the main character, I too watch the movie and can't help but say, you know, that was me when I was in school. I mean, not just the look but the attitude, beliefe system, self conciousness. To the greater extent, I am still that person. I am now one of the oldest people I know that hangs out on this site for the simple reason that I have no real purpose to drive me outside of wanting "stuff." Though I crave for the self improvement needed to be a "success" in the world, I get hung up on the "but why??" part of it. What does this life have to offer for those going no where? As a few people may remember, I do this from time to time. Not that I am looking for sympathy or understanding, just a chance to say "man, wtf am I going to do with the rest of my bleak existance and what the bloody flying ******** am I doing so wrong to be stuck where I am???" xd
Oh, if you haven't seen the movie, I highly recommend it. I am the man I am today because of it. Not that I want you all to be men or be like me xd

I really think it is irrelavant for me to make a thread about this, so here is my somewhat quiet goodbye. (:
I'm really sorry to say this in the midst of Bean's problem (even though it seems mostly solved now), but I just wanted to mention that I won't be stopping by the guild to say anything anymore, just in case anyone cared.
Here's my reasoning:
First of all, I don't post here that often anyway. There's nothing to say, really so I don't say anything.
Second, I'm really not fond of taking pictures of myself anymore. It always seems when I take pictures of myself they turn out hideously so I don't post them. And when I do post pictures, they still are ugly, in my opinion.(I don't want anyone saying anything in arguement to that, either. I truely believe that I am not photogenic and there is basically nothing anyone can say to change it.)
So, it was nice knowing some of you.
Now it is time for me to fade completely away. 3nodding
