I don't think there is anything of the sort you just have to slow your movements down as there have been injuries cause by flying wii controllers.

That's the thing, I don't want to have to move. I normally play videogames by laying on the couch and not moving more then a little bit at all. for hours. I don't want to have to... you know.. get up.
