THE TOTAL HEALING DONE IS 720
Gawain's orders were like a small ray of light in his otherwise cloudy world. Jack pushed himself from his chair and grabbed a water skin to quickly down as he followed after the Great Knight, eager for something to do that wasn't just dealing with patients. He could handle treating them; he couldn't actually handle so many people at once, however. This was a welcome break, if still just another tedious fetch quest.
As he was rummaging around, he noticed several children in what looked like a ramshackle little hovel.

THE TOTAL HEALING DONE IS 720
He crouched by them, knowing his height was intimidating. There was nothing in him that seemed to be evoked by the sight of the frightened, tired children, but he knew to soften his voice and his face and to feel sympathy. For all he knew, he could have been just like them before giving up his memories.
"It's not safe here. Come with me," Jack told them, stretching his hand out. The boy gave him a small look, leaning closer to the girl; his sister, the knight presumed. "I can look at her injuries," he added. "I promise you I'm good at cleaning them very quickly. There's also water and food in the Great Hall you can take from me."
That seemed to be enough. Once he helped them out of their hovel, Jack led them to the Great Hall, where he was true to his word and let the children avail themselves of his inventory.

It was easy to distract himself with getting the supplies. Picking up an armful of things, hardly checking what was what, Szczeosny set them all down beside his first patient. He was careful not to use his bare hands - otherwise, it would simply be a cruel fate for the both of them. No, the gauntlets were of significant benefit.
