A falcon flew over the skies and reached its destination the hidden Sand Village.
It made it too a large building, which looked as if it would be where the Kazekage resided.
It swooped down and landed on the window sill, dropping a formal looking scroll and flying away.
the scroll read:Quote: Kazekage-sama I request a formal meeting to discuss political matters involving our respective countries. I would like you to come to the Hidden Mist Village if that is at all possible. Two Mist Jounin will be arriving arriving at the gates of the Hidden Sand Village tomorrow morning to escort you, if you do not wish for this meeting to take place here, let them know and they will come back. You are welcome to bring as many reinforcements as you think necesary if you do not trust us. Yours Sincerely the 4th Mizukage
