"No...that's not true," I said quietly, "I didn't do that as a hostility, I did it to show you just what you can master in the future." With that I removed the binding.
"I'll give you a little advice, don't underestimate me," I said, "Now would you like to learn what I have to offer, or would like to insist on reporting me?"

Slowely I stood up before returing to my position on my knees hands folded in my lap.

"Alright then," I said quietly, "The spell begins before you begin the incantation. Summon your reiatsu and concentrate it in your chest. This will be your starting point." I did the same and focused myself at the same time, "Now extend your hand to your opponent and feed your reiatsu along your arm and into your finger."
I pointed my finger forwards slightly at a random doll, "THen begin the incantation to activate the Reiatsu. Bakudo #1: sai!" I said and slashed my arm out, "The arm movemnt helps with your Reiatsu control and makes the whole thing tidy.
"Now you try, on me if you wish," Then again, I had been trained to get out of it back when I first landed in Seireitei rumbling along the ground into the tree...I smiled slightly at the thought. This was almost the exact way that Kai had taught me, and I wanted to teach the girl the same way.

Slowely i breathe deeply.
"from my chest"
Furrowing my brow in frustration it seems that my reiatsu is eluding me.
"Calm down"
I breathe in,
i breathe out,
i breathe in, thats it i thought its in my chest, my air.
Feeling my reiatsu spinning tighter and tigher from my chest i can allmost feel it coil along my shoulder and down my arm.
When it has reached my palm i squeeze it tighter and tighter, extending my hand i point and softly say
"Bakudo #1: sai"
I know its just in my mind but i can see the reiatsu blowing from my hand to bind him with shackels of wind.

His technique was without flaw, though his reiatsu....it could do with improving. I let the technique start to take control, allowing the bands of reiatsu to seal themselves. Then, I raised my own Reiatsu in order to snap out of them.
"Good...but, do you know how to control your Reiatsu?"

She started to frown, "eh? its that easy to break?"
"My reiaisu, Is my soul power, it is the wind that gives me stregnth, and it flows through me."
"But that dosent answer your question dose it?"
"like this?"
Mebana began to concentrate, furrowing her brow, her eyes flickering beneathe their lids.
Control my reiatsu, feel it flow to each part of me and back again, I begin to tighten my reiatsu into a long thin line and send it spiring down from my chest into my legs. Back up my legs into my chest and down my arms into my hands, Returning to my chest and up my neck into my head, before settling down in the pit of my chest.
Flickering my eyes open i focus on the man before me and Press with my Reiatsu, Clenching my hands as if to lend stregnth to my pressure. Within moments there is a trickle of blood from each of my hands.

"Relax," I said quietly, "Adding tension to your Reiatsu makes it brittle, think of it a little like a thick gel, when relaxed it can withstand an attack, and can often repel an attack, but if you freeze that gel, it will shatter." That had been the third lesson I was taught when I was trying my hardest, or so I thought. I looked up at the girl.
"You know how to control your Reiatsu roughly, but you need to focus it," With that I took a seat and decided to watch her, "Kenji, Amaya, you should both leave." I said looking at the other two. Then I looked directly at the girl again, "Close your eyes and imagine you are in a world, all on your own." I said and gave a signal for those two to leave immediately.

Relax, Deep breaths, Breathe in, Breathe out.
I stand there breathing focusing only on my soul power. like gel no thats not it like a soft breeze. relax let it come naturally, feel it blow from you.
Mebana stood there for some time and it seemed she was deep in thought. after several minutes she opened her eyes.
Extending my hand i pointed with my left index finger at the area 6 inches above and to the right of his right shoulder. Like this?
"Destructive art number one. "Path of light: White Thunder!"

I watched the white thunder disperse into thin air and I shook my head with disappointment before it even reached me.
"That is destructive art number four, Byakurai." I said, "Just go with my exercise for the moment, close your eyes, relax, and imagine you are in a world where no one else, no...nothing else exists apart from you."

"Awww," I groaned. I'd really wanted to watch this, but alas it was not to be, "Sayanora Mitsuoki-kun." I jumped out of the window, and followed Kenji along the path at speed too, there was no way I was going to lose him.

Closing my eyes i stand still, focusing only on the sound of his voice.
Nothing else exists, I do not exist, the floor, the sounds, the light, the air, it all falls away nothing is left but the sound of his voice.

I remembered my sessions well, it was a complete reconstruction of of my Reiatsu, and this is what the girl needed at the moment. Something to help her strengthen her reiatsu.

"Feel inside yourself for your reiatsu, you will know it when you feel it, it will be very small, yet quite strong. Once you have it, start to extend it around your body let it flow within you let yourself become one with your reiatsu, find your reiatsu, discover its colour and ferocity. Tame it with your will and learn to control it, and manipulate it within your body," I said softly. I could already feel her focus from where I was standing, summoning up all your reiatsu though was no easy feat, and someone could easily die from it.
"Now, once you have learned to let it flow within your body, keep it tamed, weave it around yourself and through your soul until it starts to resist you, push against that resistance. Tell me, about your Reiatsu once you have discovered it." I said. I smiled watching her.
