With that, Maddy ran off. She was quiet on her feet and managed to make her way quite far before having to duck into heading behind a rock.

Using the distraction as cover, Hunter bolted back into the forest.
The darkness made him feel more comfortable abouttheir chances of escape. Once the ground began to incline more steeply he began to climb.

By now all the rangers had met up in the middle of the park.
" I haven't seen or heard anything." One says.
"Me neither. I have found footprints but they could've been from earlier today." Another comments.
One ranger then shows up dragging the unconcious guard.
"Looks like Dale tripped and hit his head again." The ranger sighs.
"Typical Dale." All the Rangers chuckle.
"I say we leave. That anonymous tip we got seems like it was a prank."
"I bet it was Gabe, getting us out of the cabin to get the rest of those donuts."
All the Rangers begin to make their way back to the front area.

*I see the guards start to leave and climb up the hill, then when I'm sure they aren't looking, I bolt out of the Safari Zone*

"Dammit..." Dark follows closely behind her before realizing the guards are leaving. "We should head back to the cliff, I think there's another short cut back to HQ nearby."

As fhe guards start to leave, Sport slips out of the tree he's hiding in and starts to follow Dark back to the cliff. "No chase tonight, huh?" he asks nobody in particular.

"Doesn't seem like it."
Dark makes it to the top of the cliff.
"Now all we have to do is head back to HQ, we can even go in through the front... Although I have a feeling that's not quite what Archie wanted."

Hunter pulled himself over the edge, gasping for breath.
"Wow... I don't think I've ever climbed a hill like that before."

Allen heard the ranger's radio go off, telling him that it must have been a prank, he waited a while for the guards footsteps to lead away, but they never did, the guy only drew closer. "Crap, at this point we might have to fight..." He whispered to himself. Just as he was about to call for Seviper to pounce on the ranger when a couple Oddish jumped out of the bush. He sighed, "False alarm..." He said to himself walking away.
After a few minutes Allen pulls up from his spot to survey the area. "All clear." He stuck to the trees for as long as he could before running across the field. slowing when he found a couple Rangers straggling behind shining their flashlights hanging out at the center of the park, where the fork was. He sighed, not sure how he'd go about staying unnoticed. "Seviper, use your Haze.." He grinned, it was a pretty good idea, so long as he went the direction he actually wanted to go instead of right into the Rangers' grasp. Seviper spewed a large mass of a black cloud, Allen kept his eyes directly ahead, right where he needed to go... the cloud was finally thick enough he surely wouldn't be noticed. The trainer returned his Pokemon and rushed through the Haze. finding himself nearly to the forest in the lastly mentioned area, the one heading downhill. Once in the coverage of the forest, he turned to find one of them inspecting the cloud from afar, but none seemed to have followed him. Success!
He stopped to check his TADS and, from what he could tell of the map this side of the Safari was the closest to Lilycove, that's when he saw the message from Archie. "That backstabbing b*****d..." Allen whispered to himself. He wasn't quite in disbelief, but, this was rotten. He sighed, looking around for a spot to take cover just in case.

Instead of taking the slow way down, Hunter decided to find a smooth surface and slide. Quickly he reached the bottom and made his way back to the front entrance of the Lilycove hideout.

Dark makes his way back to HQ. He yawns as he walks in the front entrance.
"Well that was a thing." He says, not sure what to say about the stunt Archie pulled. He decides to head off to bed and pick up his rewards in the morning.
"Good night everyone." He announces to the main room before going tlo his room for the night.

A nameless Grunt drops a bunch of similar packages off in the main room, each one having a tag on it that says the name of who it's.
Inside the packages are:
2,000 PD
3 Great Balls
1 Luxury Ball

Allen sighed, luckily the direction he was headed, he'd be in Lilycove in no time, at least there he'd be able to lay low and think all this over.
And like that he was out at just the border of the city. It was a short walk to the beach, but instead of going into HQ, Allen stayed out on a short ledge overlooking the beach. He took off his cap and jacket which indicated his being part of Team Aqua, and stuffed them in his bag. And with that, he sat around, actually kind of hoping someone would show up.
However, when no one did, and it was late enough, he finally went inside the HQ, not exactly happy with himself. He picked up his reward and headed to bed.

Ike wondered into the common room. He had yet to let his Totodile out since he joined, filled with anxiety that it wouldn't be too fond of its new trainer. He wondered if it were cozy inside a pokeball. He figured it was, since he had heard of certain pokemon allowing themselves out of their pokeballs if they wanted to. Totodile hadn't. That might have just answered both his questions.
He heard there was a large group of members who had broken into the Safari Zone recently. Nameless grunts bragged about their shuffles with the law and battles with trainers as well. They would smirk and shake their head as Ike entered a room. Rumors spread around about how he lost to a lowly security guard; how pathetic it was that his water type lost to a fire type. Ike knew he wasn't going to get into another scrap like at Devon if he could help it.
"There's gotta be a way to train without embarrassing myself even more..." he said as he sat down at a table in a break room. He didn't see the grunt behind him drinking coffee.
"Mission board." said the grunt. "But you're on your own with those. Don't expect us to bail your lizard out of trouble from another Growlithe." he teased, snickering as he left the room.
Ignoring that last bit, Ike began to contemplate his suggestion.
