This time the pidgey did knock him to the floor of the deck, and he landed hard. It took him a few moments to regain his footing, but before he could attempt to take off and attack again, his trainer was over him, protecting him by swatting at the birds. "Back off!"

Vana giggled a bit as Eros complimented her. "Thanks!" she said as they walked to the food area. "Oooh it looks amazing! and yes, lets eat!" She said before setting Keahi down and grabbing little sandwich. As she nibbled on it she grabbed some food for Keahi. She had a bit of everything except the torchic wings, that was just a terrable thing to serve! She had to cover keahi's eyes from them! She had just finished her soup when she heard the Capitan's orders.
That was odd. She wondered what was going on and followed Fifi out side, only to be bombarded by Pidgys and lost track of her new friends in the chaos. Vana screamed a bit as the pidgeys started to attack her. Escape: 0/5 Attacks: 1

The last Pidgey attacking the duo was defeated. Fifi and Alastyn ran, achieving the dubious safety of one of the balloons.

Sienna successfully knocked away the bird that knocked her swablu to the hard deck. "Are you alright, Skylar?" The concern showed on her face, which was sweaty, a little bloody, and nearly tearful. This wasn't how she had planned her day to go. Apparently a relaxing vacation was too much to ask. Then again, you got what you paid for....She picked up her pokemon, they were almost to the balloons! But of course, another pidgey was blocking the entrance to the basket. Skylar peeped and wriggled out of Sienna's arms to drive it away.
Remmy saw the pidgey and started to run around crazy. "I'm nice I'm nice!" Squeek on the other hand was ready to fight but this one pidgey did a quick attack and got to him first!

Erika stumbled up deck to see what the fuss was about, and in her drunken haze was barely able to fall out of the way of a pidgey diving at her. Blaire's pokeball fell out of her pocket, and the scyther emerged, eager to protect Erika.
As the pidgey flew around for another attack, Blaire intercepted it, raised one scythe-like claw and let momentum do the rest. The pidgey made two wet thumping sounds as it collided with the wall behind Erika.

Vana couldn't find a path to run down as the people and pidgy darted to and fro. She didn't want to step on anyone. Seeing her hesitation the pidgys once again launched them selves at her, as she tried to shield her torchic from them. Escape: 0/5 Attacks: 2

The other pidgey drove Skylar backwards before he could get any closer to the basket of the balloon. Seems he was territorial of the thing. The swablu charged up another Ice Beam - "Wait, don't hurt the balloon!" Sienna called out as she noticed her pokemon was going to fire another ice beam. "Try an Aerial Ace instead!"
((I'm so sorry for taking so long to reply. :C I didn't feel like going through 10+ pages though, so... Let me know if you already left Laurence, kay? XD;; ))
"Let's go!" Laurence said urgently to Magnolia. He turned for the nearest exit and stepped out onto the deck, only to see a swarm of pidgeys. Kili hunched down low on Laurence's shoulders and sank her claws into his thick shirt. She wrapped her tail securely around his neck. She was clearly terrified.
"Stick close!" Laurence tried to shout to Magnolia for the noise of the flapping and squawking. A pidgey made a beeline for him, but he quickly ducked and dodged it.

Dealing with squirmy torchics and angry pidgys was not the kind of thing she was used to dealing with. Her sister would know what to do better than her.
Pidgey hadn't moved an inch. Sienna and Skylar were battered and very bruised at this point, but so close to the safety of the balloon basket! "You can do it Skylar!" Sienna said as her pokemon flew forward again to get the pidgey to move away from the basket.
