Never Again...Herald snorted. "An interesting person?" He repeated. "I suppose you could say that." He looked up at the sky as the cloud began to roll by. He had visited the refugee camp several times to make sure he was still in the loop with what was going on. He was glad he had created this realm for himself and Emma. He didn't want her to stay in a filthy and crowded place like that. He wouldn't have particularly minded if he had to stay there, but it was different when it came to Emma. He also didn't think he could survive that long in such proximity to so many people that pissed him off without killing someone. It was definitely better this way. Will I be bound in chains

Never Again...Herald smiled and lifted up Emma, pulling her forward slightly and kissing her on the forehead. "That's strange, I rarely play fair," he replied as he sat her back down on top of him. Will I be bound in chains

Never Again...Herald leaned upwards, taking Emma's hand and getting to his feet. "Don't expect me to go easy on you," he told her as he walked out towards an open part of the field. It didn't much matter if they fought hard in the realm since Herald could easily repair it just as he had done the first time they arrived from Death City. "Anything specific you want to work on or did you just want a fight?" He asked, turning and looking back at her. Will I be bound in chains

Never Again...Herald nodded as he flashed into his normal combat form. "Then let's start," he replied, his gruffer voice returning now that he was in this form. He flexed his claws before suddenly launching himself forward at rapid speed, aiming two slashes at her mid-section. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma quickly reacted, jumping backward to dodge Herald's first attack. Not a second after landing she sent a huge burst of ghost flames at Herald from close range. ☾

Never Again...Herald spun as Emma jumped out of the way, taking a deep breath. Part of Emma's ghost fire reached him before he could exhale but the rest was washed away in his own blue flames as they streamed towards Emma. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma's arms became coated in ghost flames before she put them up as a guard. The ghost flames acting as a shield against Herald's fire. She unleashed multiple orbs of flames at Herald with explosive knives hidden in them. Before reach him, she set them off, causing smoke and debris to appear to possibly block his vision. Emma then jumped up in the air and sent a huge claw made of fire at him from above. ☾
