Kitara stands up beside Lael and says, "I would like some food and rest but I must know one thing: how's my cousin doing?"

Lord Okalwa sighs from Kitara's question before saying, "I will show you where he is, though he is trying to regain conciousness. Afterwards, we can all eat."
He glances at his oldest daughter, clearing his throat, "And that means you too, Arelen. Understood?"

Without turning to face her father, the redhead mutters, "Yes, father. I'll follow in a few minutes."

"Well then," the black haired elf-Mystic says, turning on his heel and heading for the living room, "Let me take you to young Moonleaf's side then let me escort you to the dinning table."

The black haired elf-Mystic sighs, "I do not know what the curse is, to be precise, though I know that it is one that easily can brainwash a being. I think it may be one that makes beings into minions for the gang that is trying to destroy Mystics and other such 'inferior' beings.... It's been known to happen like this. First, a stab, then becoming one of them.."

He hears Kitara gasp and he pauses outside of the living room, "Margem has tried to take out as much of the poison as she could from the wound, but Darian will lose a large percentage of his memory, though not all of them thanks due to Margem. I have dealt with the wound itself, trying to strengthen the area so it may heal, eventually. We can only wait and see what happens for now."

Kitara swallows sharply, hearing what might happen to her cousin. Though he is her cousin, she feels like she can't go to him at the moment - she doesn't want to deal with losing him, even if it's just his memory.

Lord Okalwa points her towards the kitchen to rest a bit before the meal, knowing what she feels and what she is thinking.

He then turns to Lael, "You're right - we don't know how much he is going to lose with his memory, but we know that he won't become one of them, one of the attackers. For that we are grateful.

"As for Margem, we hope that she won't lose her own memories, but it is just a hope, however small it is. We don't know what will happen to her in the long run. She knows what risks she takes when she took some of the poison, but we don't know how it may effect her," he sighs sadly, "She did do it for a good cause, though: to help her patient, the son of a friend of mine."

In the time that Lael had gone to the bathroom, Kitara had gone to the kitchen (to see Lady Okalwa) and Lord Okalwa had gone to Margem and Darian's side. He had set his hand on his daughter's shoulder and she woke up with the touch.

"Margem, it's time to eat," he said calmly.

She nodded saying, "I don't know when he'll wake up, Father."

As Lael comes out of the bathroom, Kitara and Margem take a seat at the table with the crimson redhaired lady of dignity - Mrs. (Lady) Okalwa herself. Arelen comes through the back door and passes her father and the albino woman without looking at them.

"It's quite alright, Lael. Dinner is ready right now. My wife made it," he says then adds, "And Darian's stable, for your information. We hope he wakes up soon."

"Filleted king salmon, wild rice, dinner rolls, milk to drink, cream green beans dish....." Lady Okalwa says before saying, "One of my daughter's favorite meals, isnt' it, Margem?"

The younger redhead daughter shakes her head saying, "I like shrimp better though this is wonderful, Mom."

The elder redhead turns back to Lael and says, "Thank you for the compliment. I hope you enjoy it."

Arelen glares at her sister when Margem says, "It's quite nothing, ma'am. I just tried to help him a bit, for his sake and for his cousin's sake."
She motions to Kitara who sits across from them, silently eating and not catching anyone's eyes.

(OOC:Well, Lael seems quiet affect by this. But, I suppose Darian did save her life.)

((Hee hee. Lael is like that. She doesn't understand why he saved her life seeing as he didn't really know her to well and thus feels as though she owes him some huge debt and feels bad when she can't help.))

Lael smiles weakly at Kitara, getting the message loud and clear. She also notices Arelen's glare and has to wonder what it's about. She's about to say something when she thinks better of it.
